I took my car in on a saturday around 11am. John (Garcia?) was awesome. Got me in and out quick, fixed the fuse that was broken so I can now charge my phone while driving, got my car done quicker than promised, and even got it washed. You guys are great!

Steve was very kind, professional, and made certain to tell me all that I could expect while my car was being serviced. I bought my CC at Neftin (my favorite car ever!) and I don't imagine I will ever buy a car from anyone else. Neftin is the best! Thank you for being stellar in every way.

John Garcia was terrific. He is very kind and helpful. I found the service to be excellent and I have gone out of my way to continue having my vehicle serviced here because of the quality of the service and the exceptional customer service provided by John.

The first contact with our sales rep, Cynthia V was so pleasant and no pressure. She was prompt in calling us after signing up for the Costco program. We felt that she tryly went out of her way to make sure everything we were requesting on the vehicle was there. She was so kind in answering all of our questions over the phone and via email since we were coming from out of town. She spent so much time with us after we arrived to pick up the vehicle explaining everything. We also received a lovely unexpected follow up call. She is truly the Mazda queen.

I live in West Los Angeles but I drive to Neftin VW in Thousand Oaks because they have been the best dealership I have ever worked with in Southern California. They are fair and ethical and I trust the service people and the sales staff. This is my first VW and it has been trouble-free since time of purchase. I am so impressed!

I rated this dealership nearly all 10s. My only 9 would be the waiting area. As for the best service writer in my long history of car ownership. I rate John Garcia a 10+

We are so glad we switched from VW dealer in Van Nuys to the one in Thousand Oaks for our repairs. They even fixed recall installations that were done wrong by the Van Nuys dealership.Our customer service rep. is also a very nice man and very helpful.

They have some great cars here. The salesmen who was helping us was very helpful and friendly.

John at Neftin mazda was not high pressure at all. He was very nice to work with; he was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, he took care of everything and made sure the was ready to go when promised. John was knowledgeable in the options available on the Mazda we wanted. The whole process went very quickly, probably because John was so organized. He is a good reflection of how the Neftin dealership operates.
