My stove quit 12/22 I have 27 people to feed Christmas day...Brian V. went above & and beyond to help me! I would recommend this company and Brian anytime!

Brian V was very a great help in getting my ice maker to work again. He was able to fix the problem rechecking it a couple of times making sure it wasn't leaking and giving advice on how to keep it working. Will always call ace for appliance repairs. Tina B

The Ace Appliance technican was very timely and very knowledgable. From when we first noticed the problem, to when it was fully repaired, the refrigerator was up and running far sooner than we anticipated. Sure, their prices are a little steep, but if time is of the essence, these are the top guys to call!

Ace technician was very freindly and knowledgeable. Cost of reair was too high will have to replace. Jimmy was honesty and did not try to sell us replacement parts

My microwave broke and Ace was out to access it the next day. The cost to repair was too high so we will replace, but our technician, Troy was honest, helpful, offered advice on another appliance and gave us a coupon toward a new microwave. I would definitely call on Ace Appliance again.

On Monday, December 1, 2014, I had Cristian R. come to my home to replace my gas dryer vent hose. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived shortly thereafter. He explained what he was going to do and then set out to fix my problem. Cristian worked very efficiently and took care to clean up any debris from my old vent hose with our vacuum. Cristian is a very polite and courteous employee and is a very good representative for your company. Thanks for the quick and thorough service.

We have worked with Ace many times. Our technicians have always been friendly and courteous. We have always appreciated their honesty and professionalism.



Today Robert came out to look at our washer. He not only encouraged us not to waste our money making the costly repairs, he gave us pointers and shared his wisdom on things to look for when purchasing a new one.

We got an appt the very next day. Cory was our technician and even called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled. He called when he was on his way. There was no waiting around for 4 hrs to see if they would show up. He diagnosed the problem within 10 mins of his arrival and he was able to quickly fix it and was out the door within 15 min. Appointment was scheduled the day after we called. It could have been that evening, but we wanted next day. Technician (Christian) was knowledgeable, pleasant and fast. He diagnosed the problem very quickly. He had to make a short trip to obtain a part, but returned about 30 minutes later and replaced the part the same day. Cost was less than I was thinking it might be. Our leaking washing machine is now working fine. It was about as painless as a service experience can be. Don B

Sam performed a job at my home. He worked from the moment he arrived until the job was completed. He did a fine job.

Freezer ice maker stopped working. Jimmy came out and checked it out. Tested many options to make sure the entire ice maker did not need to be replaced. It did... But he ordered the part was back on time as predicted and replaced the part. Unfortunately we learned that Kitchen Aid although a great brand has issues with their ice makers. Jimmy was great.

I had a dishwasher that needed repaired. Sam came out and did a wonderful job. He was very polite and showed me what he was doing every step of the way! Ace appliance is great. I will definitely use them for future repairs!

Mike, my technician was terrific. He recently repaired my GE refrigerator door control panel. He spent extra time to diagnose the problem and made sure it was properly repaired. The estimate I was given was accurate. The online scheduling tool and C/S representatives were friendly and efficient to schedule my original appointment and the follow-up when my parts were in. I will definitely be using ACE again for all my appliance repair issues.

Our new Whirlpool refrigerator went out and I called Ace Appliance they came out the next day and found out that is was a manufacturers defect and make all the necessary calls to have Whirlpool send us a new fridge. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

I bought a brand new whirlpool stove from lowes.com and when it arrived it had a defect on the surface of it that made the stove look terrible! After complaining, a whirlpool certified technician, Jimmy from ace appliance was out the next day replacing my stove top with a new and perfect one! Jimmy was quick, thorough, and very helpful!
