We had issues with our dishwasher not cleaning properly. Called Ace Appliance at 4:00 pm on a Friday and the technician was at our house by 7:00 pm. They needed to order a part and promptly returned on Wed. at the scheduled time. Great service, professional and friendly. Have used them in the past and will use them again in the future if needed!

Professional technician, quickly diagnosed my stove problem, performed repair/replacement, checked for gas leaks, improved functioning of 4 top burners, cleaned sediment buildup inside of stove, answer all questions, suggested that appliance should last several more years.

Water was not going to my refrigerator. I called and they were here when they said they would be. Service was fast and the problem corrected.

We had a problem with our washing machine. Jimmy, the service tech, came out and diagnosed the problem. Because the repairs would have been too costly, he also recommended a replacement unit. He was very helpful.

My dryer was not working properly, so I called this company. I was shocked that they gave me a wait time of only 2 hours. Usually a company tells you they will be out anytime between 4-6 hours, thus killing your day. The tech was at my house within the first hour, fixed my issue in about 20 minutes! I had the rest of my day left! Thank you.

Had an issue with a whirlpool dishwasher that was under warranty. Technician gave me a 2 hour window, called 15 minutes before arrival and was pleasant. Will call again when I have appliance issues...even when I'm paying out of pocket

This is the first time I have used Ace Appliance for repair services. The scheduler was very polite and professional. The serviceman called in advance and arrived promptly. He explained what he was doing as he worked and was very helpful. I definitely would recommend them to friends.

We recently had a refrigerator installed and discovered the ice maker was not working. Due to warranty we notified the store where we bought the refrigerator from, and in turn they notified Ace Appliance to have a repairman come out. Ace was there when we needed them, despite a snowstorm! Troy showed up when he said he would and was very professional and quick to diagnose and fix our washing machine problem. He even wore shoe covers, as it was nasty outside! He showed us what the problem was, gave us an estimate, then fixed it in no time! We will definitely use them again. We are very satisfied with their work!

I had a marvelous experience with Ace Appliance. It was a Saturday afternoon and my high efficiency washer had stopped spinning with a load of laundry inside. I called Ace and they were there within two hours. The repairman, Brian, was professional and polite. He diagnosed the problem quickly and alerted me to the fee. The problem was fixed within the half an hour and Brian was on his way. I felt the fee was appropriate and I appreciated the fact that a Saturday call was not an extra fee. Highly recommend.
