I am very happy with my Ace Appliance service call. They were able to send someone out less than 24 hours after my call. The cost to come out was less than GE and the window of time was 2 hours shorter. The technician called on his way and was very friendly to me and my son. He also thoroughly explained what went wrong with my oven. I highly recommend Ace and will call them again if the need arises.

The service was very prompt - Ace came out the same day, even though it was not an emergency.

Troy completed the work in a very timely manner and was very friendly & courteous.

Would definitely recommend Ace Appliance! They come out when they say they will and on time. Mike was the tech that fixed my dryer. Very nice and always showed me what he was doing. I had them come out before and they are very honest. Last yr my washer died. They told me it wasn't worth the money to fix. I appreciate that and received a coupon to put toward a new one. Will use this CO again!

Ace Appliance made arrangements for a repairman to meet me after work without an extra charge. He fixed my air conditioner in less than 20 minutes. He had the part with him so that he did not have to come back. He had a coupon with him that he applied to my bill. He was very friendly and professional. I was impressed. I had called around to other companies and they would have charged much more for coming out in the evening.

The customer service department was great- very friendly and willing to help! They worked with my crazy schedule, even changing appointment times last minute for me! The technician was friendly and informative, he made sure to explain what was wrong and why. I will be calling Ace again when we need service in our home!

I called Ace Appliance to service my Ice maker. The Technician Tim did not have the part but called ahead to make sure they had one and was able to get the part and service us in the same day. The technician was professional and informative. I would refer Ace Appliance and will use them in the future.

This is the second time I have used there service and there very professional, clean cut, tell you the truth, very experience in every way. There cheaper in diagnosis the problem, plus they can get there with your time schedule.

Ace Appliance gives great service! I applied for service online and I was called shortly thereafter to confirm my appointment. The technician called when he was on his way, came in and accessed the problem immediately. Fortunately, he had a pump for my Maytag washer on his truck, No waiting for the part to arrive. The repair was done, payment was made, all within an hour's time.

i work at school and i have a washer that i do dust mops in and the lid switch was bad and they came out right away and fix it fast they were very polite i would call them everytime someting goes wrong thanks

Ace came out on Sunday and fixed my refrigerator that was loosing food. He also fixed my ice maker that had been not working for over a year. They did it for under $150.00 and gave me a lifetime parts guarantee. The technician said there was no extra charge for weekends or evenings. They have since fixed my neighbors washer and she was very happy also. GOOD JOB ACE

Ace came out and fixed my refrigerator after 5pm on Saturday at no extra charge. I called five other companys and did not even get a call back by any of them until Monday. Great Job Ace, they since have repaired my moms washer and brothers range with the same good service.. Call this company they are also family owned and operated..
