I had been looking since April for the right BMW 328i. Through all my dealership experiences and negotiations, Rob Gill was absolutely the BEST salesman I have ever experienced. Completely professional and no high pressure sales pitch or negotiations. I trade my cars an average of every 2-2.5 years and I will definately contact Rob again when I am in the market for another vehicle. Thank you immensely.

Brian, did an overall very good job to make us happy with our purchase. He was very busy but took time to hook up our Bluetooth.

Brian did a great job as did the finance person Tom. My only complaint is I had to wait 3 hours for my turn with Finance. I realize that the last week of December is the busiest time of year and a wait is to be expected, but I think there must be ways to speed up the process.

Excellent experience. Repeat customers from a purchase in 2009. Would return again in the future, and will definitely be taking advantage of the service programs, etc.

Everyone there was very helpful. They worked hard to meet my needs and make it a good experience . The only thing that I would recommend or change would be the internet website advertisements. They are not clear on what is what and it can be confusing to a future potential buyer.

Negotiated a lease via e-mail with Ed Pollock. Ed was very pleasant during that process and again when we met in person. Buying/leasing a new car can be stressful for the average person, even for someone who has been through it many times. That was not the case at Scott Honda. Ed (and Steve in Finance) was professional, helpful, and stuck to his word. We left with our new Civic happy and without second guessing ourselves. Thanks!

Team Honda at West Chester, was a class act from beginning to end. My salesman Bernie Hughes was a professional from the time I walked in the door to the time I drive off in my Ridgeline RTL. Great experience, came in to finalize deal on 2010 Civic. Car was clean, ready for inspection and test drive. Worked with Steve for paperwork. Great experience, 2nd deal I've made with Lino Santiago in the past 5 weeks.

The last two cars I purchased were from a competitor (Colonial Hyundai) and each time I had a horrific experience with the sales staff and management (even when dealing with a salesman that is a friend).



I can honestly say that my recent purchase of a 2010 Jeep Patriot at Scott Select was a completely different experience than what I had become accustomed to. Kerry and the used car manager were very helpful and patient with me. Kerry was willing to answer any questions I had and able to work with me on making this purchase work and with a payment that I am comfortable with. I had a very positive car buying experience and will definitely recommend this dealership to others!
