Mike was very good in providing me the details on quote and how quotes from other dealers were deceiving. Once i visited Scott Honda, nick helped with all the stuff. I was little dissapointed when i was told that there are some mandatory accessories that i have to take and when i asked some flexibility, it was provided but i was charged more than the full cost of those accessories. I would have been more happy if this was made transparant and if you have asked me to choose any 3 additional accessories instead of imposing the chosen ones on me. Overall i am satisfied with the experience. Can be better :)

I purchased a certified used vehicle and traded my current Honda, both at a fair price. Although the process was somewhat slow due to the volume of sales going on in the dealership, my overall experience was good.

Ed was waiting for us when Elizabeth and I showed up a few days ago by appointment because he had been alerted (by his boss?) that we were interested in replacing our 2001 Honda with a newer one. He showed us pictures on his TV screen of '10 and '11 Accords, and we settled on a silver 2011 Honda with only 23,600 miles on it. He gave us a full-page copy of the car's description. Originally priced at over $18,500 it had been reduced to $17,000 (and further reduced to $16,500 because we participate in the ScottHonda Advantage Program). Ed took us on a test drive, and we found the car perfect. Ed then introduced us to Azad ? in the Finance Dept. (I wish Azad had given us his business card as Ed had.) Azad was most cordial and completed all the paper work. A few days later we received a personal note from Ed which we appreciated. At home, when we looked in our file to review the purchase price, etc., we could not find a copy of the total purchase price ($19,000), etc., so we phoned Azad. He was out that day, so Phil Dunbar (who answered the phone) promised to mail us a copy. We are awaiting that copy.

This was my first time buying a brand new car and this was certainly an experience to remember. Everyone who helped was super nice, and they made the overall process less of a headache. They made me feel like I was a the only one who mattered. I had spoke with Sharon several times over the phone to discuss the documentation needed things like that and when I got there, my car had the stripes I requested and a nice sold tag in the front window. Everything was to my liking and it didn't take that long to go through the whole process and sign off on the papers. I will NOT EVER buy another Honda from anywhere else except Scott Honda. Now I see why my parents and grandmother recommended this place.

Larry provided great service with knowing my goals and understood I was shopping around. He didn't question my process or try to put down another dealer. He was a true professional.

Leased a Honda accord. Sharon, mgr. finance person (Rob) were all excellent. They got me the best deal and the process went very smoothly. Will certainly return for auto needs and will refer colleagues to Scott Honda and particularly Sharon as a Sales Representative.

Very happy and the entire car buying process was very smooth! Since it was after hours, Bruce offered a "We Owe" for the car. We came back the next day and Bruce followed up with the service department. Overall, sales and service was excellent! Thanks Scott Honda!

With Dan being new to Scott Honda, I feel he was very honest and a pleasure to work with.

The only problem was we were promised a full tank of gas and we didn't get it.

Easy sales experience, everyone was fantastic. I am disappointed that there is an issue with the fuel injector, as I would have liked to take home the vehicle the day after I purchased it. However, I am pleased that Mark in the service department updated me with the issue, and is working to get it resolved as quickly as possible. I am also satisfied the dealer will cover the cost of my rental car.

we came in to purchase an Odyssey, experience was great from start to finish. Todd was wonderful, didn't feel pressured or pushed at any step along the way. Even filling out the paperwork was pleasant- overall we were very pleased and will be back to Scott when it's time to purchase again.
