Experience was excellent except for the guy who proceeded to discuss why Scott Honda could not give us a better price (he was the person we saw after Ismael). His attitude was not at all "customer friendly". It was because of his attiude that we did not purchase the car that night but came back the next day after again speaking to Ismael. Ismael and the finance fellow who had us sign the final papers were extremely pleasant. I would give both gentlemen an excellent score.

We have purchased vehicles from Eric in the past and recommended him to family members and friends. He is friendly and efficient. We love our Hondas and feel that the Scott dealership is excellent and fair. We have our cars serviced at Scott too!

We have purchased two previous cars at Scott and, as before, we were very satisfied with our salesman, who was Rick Osberg. He was very patient with us as we slowly came to grips with the right decision and provided us with much useful info.

We came to Scott Honda because we needed a a larger family vehicle. Our friends Nick and Becky Prokop referred us to Sharon Taylor who was their consultant when they purchased their new Odyssey. Sharon was extremely helpful and firendly. She explained our options for each model, and when the EX model was unavailable she helped to upgrade us to the EXL at a much lower cost. We love our new Odyssey, and will definately return to Scott Honda for our future vehicle needs, as well as tell our friends about our great experience. Thank you once again!

Matt was great, he is a very nice guy and seemed very trustworthy, etc. He did a wonderful job. The only thing that soiled the whole experience was when my husband had to endure the warranty "sell". that was not good.

Scott Honda is a wonderful place to buy a car. Everyone is kind, helpful, and genuine.

I came to the dealership around 8 at night, which I understand is late, and was told that everyone was busy. I waited around for about 20 minutes until I was greeted by Mongi, who let me know that he was helping someone else but did not want to keep me waiting. I would like to point out that plenty of other sales people walked past without acknowledging me. Mongi was very helpful in getting me the cars that I wanted to test drive, as well as helpful and informative when going through the buying process. This was my first car purchase and I felt very comfortable with Mongi's explanations of how things work. I would recommend Mongi to anybody I know looking to buy a Honda.

I had seen the car earlier in the week and brought my husband back to see the new CR-V. Eric was a great help, taking us for a road test and continuing the very helpful assistance I had received from Michael earlier in the week. We had not come in expectation of making a decision today, but everything worked out and we went ahead and purchased the car. Both salesman were extremely helpful, and assisted us without any sense of pressure.

Nick did a beautiful job assisting me with finding an appropriate new car. He was patient and kind and not pushy. All car dealer specialists should take note of his professionalism.

Mike helped me with a specific vehicle purchase on May 18th. He worked with me online in advance to identify my interests and made my purchase of a new 2013 CRV quite pleasant. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. I especially appreciated his "no pressure" approach.
