I've been going to Camarillo Independent for years, and was just telling them that I was able to drive my 2012 Prius back and forth to Rancho Mirage to see my 89-year-old dad for more than a year, thanks to their keeping it maintained. It was important to me because it would turn out to be the last year of his life. So thank you Brett, John and everybody.

Able to take my car on a walk-in bases. Received a call to notify me of the problem, as well as quote for repair. Delivered the car within time frame requested.

I'm sad to read the negative reviews. People just don't like the cost of car maintenance, but it's necessary and these guys have to make a living too. Save your money and make your own food. I rarely eat out. This place has always been the best deal for me. Try walking into the dealer here, LOL! You can trust this place and these people. Don't hesitate. It's become very expensive everywhere and this is the best deal. It's sad that ethical people like this have to deal with anger of costs. Handy people deserve the money. Save as much as possible for unexpected expenses and it won't be such a big deal.

I went here for an oil change and a SMOG check. I was pleased with the service and it did not take long. The owner(?) is an older gentlemen who has some speech issues, I don't believe that he would be able to have a conversation on the phone because of this. In person he is very gracious and overall a solid 5.

I had called at the last minute to schedule a Smog Check for my vehicle and the gal who had answered the call set me up with one right away for that morning and at the perfect time that I needed it to be! Then once I arrived, my vehicle was checked in right away and the whole process took only 30 minutes max! It was awesome! And everyone was so pleasant, too! Huge thanks to the gal at the front desk and the guy who Smog Checked my car! I appreciated the efficiency!

I had a transmission replaced by Camarillo Independent Auto Repair. It began to give me some problems. I took it back in in was under warranty so they ordered a new one and it was replaced at no charge

Went in to get my brakes serviced and found out there were other things that needed attention. It was more money than I was prepared to spend. My main concern were my brakes so I had those done and they were honest in telling me what needed fixing now and what I could fix later.

The job that Camarillo Independent Auto Repair did was done on time and I have not had a problem with the car since I got it repaired. I found out about Camarillo Independent through a flier that came to the house. They have done tune-ups, brakes, smog checks, and wheel alignments. Brett the owner is very professional, and his wife Maria, as well as Holly, are gracious representatives of the company. The services are reasonably priced, and the location is easy to find!

Maria and Brett are the best in the business and we wouldn't consider taking our vehicles to anyone else around! The work is always fully explained to us before it's done, and they never try to upsell us with work we don't immediately need. We really appreciate them.

Good service at fair prices. I feel like they are on top of their game and they have a good quality workplace for employees. I will be back to this repair shop again. If you take care of your car, it will take care of you.
