Blake was very prompt and very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend aptive and Blake.

Joey and Blake were about 10 minutes late due to traffic on the Palmetto but they were courteous and polite. They were very concientious regarding my pets and really seemed to care about keeping them safe. They took the time to ask about my concerns and to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the service. Overall, very professional; I would recommend them to a friend.

The technician Ben was very polite and knowledgable about the product and delivered great service. He addressed our concerns and explained what he was going to do and what to expect and what the fuure treatment will consist of.

I've had two services by Aptive thus far. My initial service was with Tabensky and Eric with the second service by Pheddy. All three service professionals were exceptional. They were polite, thorough, and dedicated to making sure I was satisfied with their treatments. I've used a well-known pest control company for many, many years and took a chance on this up and coming company and I'm glad I did. I've already recommended them to a friend.

Sebastian arrived during the promised window and explained about treatment. He was knowledgeable and professional and made sure to put on boot covers while walking around the house. These little details are not always found anymore, even though they should be common practice. Great work Aptive.

Tiger was the technician that came to our house for the initial service. He asked where we were having problems and focused on those areas while taking care of the other areas as well. When he was done we asked about treating an additional area that we had talked to the salesman about and he went to get the appropriate items from his truck without complaint.

Sebastian was professional, personable and overall great! I usually find it awkward having people that I don't know in our home for these things. But not this time....can we request he be our technician for future visits? Hopefully the pest control will be as good as the service visit.

Josthim and Wesley came to my house they were great explained everything and did a great job. I am trying this pest control because they are enviromental friendly so far so good.

Joey did a great job explaining what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Was surprised when he pointed out a wasp nest, thankful for his attention to detail on that part. Overall very pleased with his professionalism.

Aptive was great! They were taking care of other house in our neighborhood and took the time to stop by and explain their services. The next day we had Sebastian at the house spaying! He was great with the dogs and gave us detailed instructions to keep the pets safe.

Great rates, polite and knowledgeable staff, prompt service. I even price shopped to make sure they were competitive and they are. Nathan, Tiger and Vaninski were great!

Joey arrived a few minutes early and explained the whole process. He was very polite and took his time. I told him we were having issues with spiders in our screened patio and he not only sprayed our patio, but removed all the webs as well. He also showed concern and made sure my cat and my two year old son stayed away from the rooms he sprayed inside my house until the rooms were completely dry. I would definitely recommend Aptive for pest control services.
