Luis-Pierre was both personable and professional. He worked hard to get the job done right. I'll reserve judgment on expertise until I see how the ants fare. ;)

Aptive has been the best experience in pest control. From the first visit we are now rid of our ant problem in the entire house. By the second visit 2 weeks later, it is official, no critters, no roaches, no centipedes, no wasps making nest by the front porch. I love the fact that their chemicals are pet friendly. The service gentleman who did the last visit was concerned about listening to our needs and making sure there was nothing more we needed. Ryan ensured that we had a truly pleasurable experience. Ryan knocks on your door and lets you know he has arrived. His customer service is excellent. His first question was, "How may we help you today?" They do the indoor treatment first then followed by the outdoor treatment. They follow up with asking if we need any extra assistance. Truly professional and great experience. Recommend them to everyone especially Ryan.

we were impressed with our agent Luis because he arrived right on time and with a friendly manner examined the house, cleaned spiders webs away, even in hard to reach areas of the garage roof and proceeded to treat the whole house and create a barrier all around the perimeter to protect us again insect pests. We are very pleased.

Ryan came to our house to help us eliminated the ants that have been slowly getting inside our home. Ryan was knowledgeable, friendly and even took some time to explains us exactly what attracts ants. He was great and we are very appreciative of his services. Now a days, It's hard to find such a great employee such as Ryan.

Up until today I would NOT have given Aptive 5 stars, however after my experience with the Technician Ben Johnson I have changed my outlook on the company and he has single handedly saved the company from this customer calling to cancel his service. I will not go into the multiple issues that happened prior to this visit because they were all rectified by Ben and he fully explained all the services and what should be done on each visit and how to request additional services. He took care of all the shortcomings of the previous Tech, was very attentive, very courteous, and made sure before he left that all our concerns and were addressed and that everything was done correctly and up to what should have been the standard from the start of the contract. He spent a good hour at my home doing things properly and taking care of all the missed items from before. I will now continue my contract with Aptive, and I will be requesting that each quarterly visit that Ben is the service tech.

Rob & Ben came back for a follow up after I found some more ticks. They waited for me to get home on a Friday, which I know was probably annoying. They were quick and professional. Hope the ticks are gone for good now!

Blake just left and he was great!! Explained their process and how they will come back if there are any issues for free. Very personable and put up with barking dogs.

Joey and Ben were the ones who came to spray. They were great and very knowledgeable. However Marcelo was the one who we originally signed up with and at the time he said that they spray was safe for pets but when Joey and Ben arrived they said they couldn't spray with our dogs, bird and fish in the house and they would need to stay out of the house for at least an hour. We had no choice but to set up for them to do the outside one day and then the inside in a few days so we can take our pets outside while they do the inside. My only problem was the pet issue. Joey and Ben did everything possible to resolve the issue in the best possible way and they were great.

Joey was the guy who came to my house to spray. I was a little apprehensive about the company but JOEY totally won me over! He was professional and VERY caring in referrence to the spray around my toddler and my little dog. He explained every step of the process and really seemed to care. It's people like him that give companies a good name! Thanks agan Joey❤

Ben Johnson was GREAT! He was very professional and conscious of our small children in the home. He was courteous and helpful!

Long story short, I cancelled my contract with Terminix and signed with APTIVE. Last night, Javarro came to do the work (I have been dealing with German Roaches for 13 months) He stayed a long time, moved the range, the fridge, sprayed everywhere, then I started seing al gazillon roaches coming from everywhere...and dying !!! Javarro told me "I'll show them who's the boss!" And he did ! I can only hope they will be able to fix this horrible issue...but if Javarro comes back...It will be to finish the job !!! So far...so good !!!
