He was very thorough and made sure to introduce himself when he arrived and ask if there were any specific areas in or around our house that needed extra attention. Lamy Seremy came for the first visit on August 7. He was very courteous; came in to the house and followed through with everything he was supposed to do. Afterwards, he went outside, and treated the area surrounding the house. I am hoping the ants disappear after this. I'll keep you posted.

Vendor randomly makes appointments that are not convenient for me. Charges my account, then repeatedly fails to show up. Every time I have to call back and reschedule, they say they're too busy.

Seremy Lamy was great. This was our first treatment and he took the time to discuss everything with me and explained what he was doing. Showed up on time and was professional and friendly.

Aptive service today was excellent. Jacob Newey did a really good job around the house, listening to my concerns and explaining the process to follow. He went around every corner of the house (in and out). Very satisfied with the quality and price.

Xavier was here on a rodent problem but it has been corrected by Aptive so he went ahead and completed my scheduled quarterly service since it’s due in a couple of weeks at my request. He took time to explain a couple of my questions and made sure that I was satisfied before leaving. I have been using there service for a couple of years and have been completely satisfied with and recommend them for any pest problem that you might have

Carlos Trejo who was the tech performing the pest control was excellent. The young man was very courteous and explained step by step the entire process. He knocked all wasp nests which were about over 20 feet up the side of my house down and treated the area. He also gladly went inside my garage and sprayed....the next day the effectiveness was evident by the remains of 10 dead roaches on my garage floor. Great customer service.

Xavier came today and was very helpful. This was My first time using them and they were amazing, friendly, very informative and fast!!
