Myles Woody was very courteous and professional. He explained every thing we wanted to know and did not get upset about anything no matter how many times we asked. He sprayed every place he knew he had to and then every place we asked him to do so also. We would like to have him be the technician that comes in next time again.

Jordan Brian did an amazing job of servicing our house on June 9th. He was fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took great care around our home, to make sure everything was safe and secure. He went the extra mile with our small dog making sure that he stayed out of the house for the right amount of time. I highly recommend this company for your pest-control needs.

Jamal Palmer, who is very professional, understood our pest control needs after several days of severe rainfall. He throughly inspected the property, and skillfully provided the required pest control services needed. Great experience. I look forward to their quarterly visits.

I am very pleased with the service we received from Myles Woody. He was professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to spray for the little ants we have been having.

Jamal Palmer was courteous, responsive to specific needs (removing webbing from eaves), took the time to cover the perimeter of the home with due care and very professional. I am going to ask Aptive to have Jamal service my home every quarter!

Like the salesman, really like the service man Pierre. Service was on May 4, 2017. Happy I made the decision to go with Aptive. Serviceman Pierre was very knowledgeable, thorough and was able to answer all my questions. We want to keep Pierre as our technician for pest control.

My technician Ben Johnson was very courteous, from the moment he called me to let me know he was on his way, until he left explaining the services he had performed. Since I am new to Aptive he also explained what to expect in future services. In addition he also reminded me that if I had any problems between service calls, they would come out free of charge. Widgy Normil came today to do our quarterly pest control and did a wonderful job. We are concerned about spiders in our pool area and the webs all over and I asked him to take care of that and he did an excellent job! He also found an insect in my lawn and shared with me what it was and treated for it. Excellent service! Beryl H.

Widgy Normil knows his critters! He took the time to listen to each problem, then applied the proper spray or bait for each area. I look forward to seeing him at the next service.
