Pierre H. and his partner arrived on time to finish out my quarterly service. I had multiple issues that needed correction and both Aptiv team members listened and provided great service. I have not had any bugs in my house since using this service.

Seremy L. came and provided my quarterly service. He was on time and did a thorough job. He was very courteous and professional. Great service.

I've been very impressed with Aptive and their professionalism in communicating and of course in pest control! They are punctual and come dressed in company attire so they are easy to identify when they show up at the house. Seremy L., for example, explained what how he was going to treat the property and followed up with questions and concerns afterward. Very polite!

The place is awful!! For the second time in a row they have automatically charged a credit card without permission!!!! I usually pay with this card so I guess that is how they have it on file. The first time I assumed it was a mistake, someone had put my account on auto debit, I called and had it taken off but that didn't matter or happen because it has happened again. I will no longer give my business to these people and I STRONGLY suggest you check your accounts if you have opted to NOT be on auto pay.....

We've been very happy with the service we've been receiving from Aptive. We haven't had any major pest problems since we started using them. Cedric Santiago came to our home last Saturday for our service appointment and he was very pleasant and professional.

Widgy Normil did an excellent job. He was prompt and professional. He sprayed inside and outside the house and even treated some of our kitchen drawers. He was very detailed and polite. The results we have been getting from this service are amazing. I highly recommend it.

I have been using Aptive for my home's pest control for about a year. They have excellent customer service and they schedule a prompt visit every time I call them. Their technicians, like Cedric Santiago, are courteous and friendly, while performing an excellent job.

Aptive is an excellent pest control service... Courteous and friendly staff always willing to do more. One of their employees, Lionel Velez, did just that during a recent visit to my home. The service techs are always friendly and listen carefully to any particular problems I may be having. And they fix them!
FREDDY in particular took care of a roach problem like the expert he obviously is. Took me awhile to shout him out for his efforts due to the hurricane, etc. He's a real pro.

Hello, Freddy Young did an excellent job. He was polite and professional, and prompt. Completed the work in a timely fashion. Spot sprayed inside the house, and outside. Treated the yard and around doors and windows. Cleaned any webs. I would recommend this service.

Jonathan was very thorough explaining the process and guarantee. He also helped me to understand the product used and explained the safety of it with my kids.

We had our first service done with service technician Jorda Brian, he was great! He explain the whole process of the service and answer all my questions. I recommend this company to any of my friends.
