Bought our new Fiat from Carl Gregory. Everyone at Carl Gregory was so helpful and friendly when we were looking for our new Fiat. John and Christa answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns and made sure we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Would not hesitate to recommend! We have also been getting service for our Chrysler 300 for the past 5 years and have been very satisfied.

I will say this, they went above & beyond in order for me!!! Even after my purchase with putting on 4 brand new tires when the one's became defective & were NOT covered by the company nor the manufacturer!! Andy McMullen was a great sales men, straight forward, up front and really worked for me. I wasn't budging off my price and Andy knew that. They worked (they being finance crew) to get me what I requested. They truly made my care buying experience a great success and I will recommend Andy to anyone who is in need of a car and on a budget! The service department was great as well! I couldn't have asked for a better explanation of what went on with the tires.

When I bought my 2013 Jeep Wrangler from Carl Gregory, they told me they would always take care of me. 8 months later, my jeep broke down and had to be towed in. Andy, Mark, and Gary gave me a car to drive and got my jeep taken care of quickly. I am very please with the service and would rank them the #1 dealership.

Very friendly and able to work with our needs. However, there seemed to be a lot of details that needed to be worked out after the fact, and we had to make many trips back to the dealer that week to resolve them. Otherwise a great place though.

Tony Fowler was a great salesman when buying a new jeep. Tony seemed to be overall a honest, wanted to do me right person. So I HIGHLY recommend Tony!! BE CAREFUL. MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET THE PRICE YOU AGREE UPON IN WRITING. I NEVER SAW THE PRICE IN WHICH WE AGREED UPON ON ANY OF THE FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS. IT APPEARED THAT I MAY HAVE PAID STICKER PRICE. IT APPEARS THAT I PAID TAX ON THE REBATE AMOUNT OF $2500. YOU WOULD THINK, TAKE OFF THE REBATE AND THEN PAY TAXES ON REMAINING AMOUNT. I DO NOT BLAME ANY OF THIS ON TONY. JUST THE GUY WHOM HANDLES THE FINANCIAL PART OF THE PROCESS. LOOK OVER ALL DOCUMENTS BEFORE SIGNING. TAKE YOUR TIME AND DON'T BE RUSHED!!!!

I just purchased a new ram 1500 and love it. This makes the 2nd vehicle if got from there. Andy was my sales person on both and he done a great job helping me out both times. My experience at Carl Gregory was wonderful.

Everyone I dealt with at Carl Gregory had a great deal of honestly, professionalism, and integrity. Andy McMullen, the salesperson, guided me through the sales process without being pushy. He was honest about what he could or could not do and didn't promise me the world to land the sale. Overall, I walked away from the lot feeling great about the entire experience.
