Although my purchase led me out of state... Within the tricities Carl Gregory in my opinion maintained a comfortable experience without feeling any pressure to buy. Frankie a gentleman was very knowledgable on the 2 SUVs I tested and his attitude and personality seemed very genuine which I feel when making a purchase.

My wife and I purchased a new Jeep Patriot from Carl Gregory. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. We did our research on line and found the dealer website very helpful. We were contacted within a few hours and invited to visit the dealership. When we visited the dealership we were amazed at the inventory of Jeeps. Especially the Patriot. Bought my 2012 dodge Durango Last week, I had a great time buying a car! They easy to deal with and the only place that didn't get mad when I told them I was financing with Johnson city federal credit union. The other 2 places I went to all they wanted was me to finance in their places! Best Internet price around. And no disappearing rebates! They do have a document fee. I don't like spending money on a new car but needed one. I recently bought a Jeep at Carl Gregory. Our salesman, Mike Thompson, actually made it a great experience. He is very helpful, knowledgable, and took the time to answer all of our questions.

I have had great experiences with carl gregory. Andy McMullen was able to get me a car even when I was already upside down in the one I had from another dealership. Anytime I have been back for oil changes they have always taken care of me.

Carl Gregory is the best dealership ever! Andy McMullen is an honest car salesman . I was very skeptical. We have dealt with other car dealers in the past and were lied to and treated badly. Andy was patient and very straight forward. We were treated with respect and dignity. Evan worked very hard to secure us the best financing and they even called us to come back because they had gotten us a lower interest rate and extended warranty so the final deal was better than what we were originally told. Gary Hutchins the General Manager was polite and friendly and interested in making sure we had a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!
