I had a great experience both with the sales and service at Alterra. David Chairez was thorough and actively sought to exceed my expectations. He went aboce and beyond to eliminate our ant and wasp nests and explained everything I would need to expect for this next year. Its a great investment.

I've always tried to take care of our pests on my own, having been weird and researched their lifestyles. Obviously, I couldn't keep up with it all. Especially the wasps! I wanted to have Alterra spray last year, but had just lost my job and funds were measly with my husband still in school. Alterra impressed me with their knowledge of pests, non-aggressive sales approach, philanthropy, and pricing. I'm thrilled that we are in a place to use them this year! A big thank you to our sales rep, Travis Weimer, and our Service Pro, Christian Craig. It's refreshing to have honest employees representing and honoring an honest company. I highly recommend Alterra to anyone!

Professional but friendly service; Christen Craig was my Service Pro and he spent a lot of time doing a thorough job; I've worked hard on my yard and now I'll be able to enjoy the "fruits" of my labor.

Alterra provided friendly and informative pest control. Matt C. (my Service Pro today) called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule to see if we could change our scheduled appointment, and arrived just when we said he would (an added bonus). He was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do around the house and yard. When he had finished, he gave a concise report of what he had noticed, problem areas he had found, treatments he had done, and when the next appointment would be. I was very impressed by his professionalism and overall friendliness. Definitely a company, and service expert, that I am comfortable having around my home.

David Chairez Jr seemed like a genuinely nice guy. He was very thorough and took the time to do the job right. Thx!

Christian Craig and Michael Kidman from Alterra Pest Control came to get rid of the nasty black widow spiders and hornets/wasps nests outside today. They were both professional and did a great job of explaining what they were going to do and what they found afterwards. It's nice to know that if I see pests in between visits that they'll come out free of charge. We are looking forward to a safer yard and home for my 3 year old to play in this year. These guys did a good job. They came right on time. There were two guys there named Brandon Kofoed and Yamid Medina, they explained what they would do very clearly, and them went right to work and took care of all of the areas that we had mentioned very quickly. Good company.

Christian Craig and Cameron Lewis came and were very professional. They gave a detail explanation of what they were going to do and performed the tasks. I appreciated their respect and courteousness. Overall great service and will come back free of charge for any reason.
