Our Service pro Derik B. did a fantastic job of kindly letting us know what he was going to do and also helping in areas where we saw any other problems. They are very interested in helping out the person and not just as another customer. They are kind, friendly and helpful and the product works great!

Jared W. was on time and went over the service right up front before starting. He asked what areas I was most concerned about and went over everything that was included in my first treatment. He was thorough in his work and covered all areas that were discussed. I appreciated that he removed his shoes without being asked when he treated the inside.
