Greg did a great job spraying our house inside and out! He was really thorough explaining what our service included, and what to expect in the future. He also was sure to explain everything he did during his visit.

First service with Alterra pest control. We just moved into a brand new home and wanted to make sure that it stays pest free. Michael Kidman was very helpful in letting us know what needed to be done, when it would be done, what to expect, etc.

Alterra Pest Control was prompt and professional. My service provider, Kensey Kelson, went the extra mile. We've had a problem with aphids and he treated several plants specifically for aphids, in addition to his basic service. I was very happy with the service we received.

greg was outstanding. I've had problems with philosophy for and used other companies that never corrected the problem. These guys are great.

The technician, Brandan Kofoed, was prompt (he was even a few minutes early to the appointment) and treated everywhere that I mentioned as problem spots. After more than a week, our ant problem is gone and I've seen several dead bugs. So, for now, we're happy customers and I'm quite hopeful that we'll remain so.

Matt Cunningham was very polite and professional when he came to our home. He was well informed about the treatment and the company, and we'll be happy to have him back again. Thanks Matt!

Kensey Kelson did a wonderful job. He helped us get rid of spiders in our basement today and it was very easy and didn't take a long time. He was efficient and he knew what he was doing. We have three dogs and he wasn't phased too much by them. Overall, I can't wait to get upstairs done! It's time we got these spiders out of the way.

Mark S and Rangal C did a wonderful job at my house today. They found big bad nasty bugs and sent them to bug heaven.

Michael Kidman was professional, fast at working, and thorough. I am pleased with his work and explanation of what he would do to protect my house from bugs.

I appreciated them contacting us. It was a pleasure having them come. They did everything that was promised and did it quickly with minimal intrusion.
