Larkie S.------My first initial service I had I did but love. I thought the tech was rude. But Greg T. was awesome and did everything asked. He did a great job.

I was met by Greg & Spencer who did a great job of explaining all that they do to remove any pests from my home. They did a good job and spent about 45 minutes here. The last pest company we had spent about 10 or 15 minutes. I was very satisfied with their work.

So far so good. Austin t. Was very knowledgeable at what he does.

Alterra is very knowledgeable about how to control every kind of pest. We love having them service our home both indoor and out. Their price is good and its so nice to be able to have free call backs if we find any other issues. Jason helped us today and he found a huge wasp nest under our cement pad. We would never have found that. Thanks Jason. You guys are great!

They're un responsive to voice mail and slow at follow up sprays and late when cmoing out for apt. and come later than they said they would in the month and Ihave to keep having them respray because flooded by ants. I would still reccomend them for their Tech's niceness.

TJ Bench did a super job when he treated for hornets at our house! He found where they were coming from and treated the source.

B. Kofoed was punctual, efficient, friendly.

Greg was very courteous and thorough. Not only did he explain all the procedures he performed, but also was very attentive to some problem areas i.e. yellow jackets under roof shingles.

TJ Beach did a fantastic job of taking care of a pesky wasp problem that we had in our yard. He was timely, paid great attention to detail and took the necessary time to get rid of the wasps plaguing our yard.
