Thank you Alterra! Greg was awesome!!! He was here at the exact scheduled time, was very thorough, quick & efficient & explained everything perfectly. Awesome service! I definitely will recommend Alterra to friends & family!

The sales rep was very clear and friendly....funny too! Jared W. was very through with ensuring that he doublely covered all areas of concern. He also treated my entire yard to keep neighbors bugs from crossing into our yard. Very cool!

We just had our second visit. Kenny Beers came out and was great. He made sure I knew what he was doing and why. He was polite and efficient - very impressed.

We have now had Alterra come spray our new home twice, and each time the service men have been great! Very friendly and helpful with questions or concerns. This last visit was by Brandon Kofoecl and he was awesome. We asked for the inside to be sprayed also, besides outside, and he was happy to help, said he was ahead of schedule and would address any needs. He was careful with our new carpet and did a great job!

I had a very poor experience with Alterra. My sales person was great, the receptionist I called was great, but the service technician simply did not do a good job. My house had not been sprayed for years and we had bugs and spiders both inside and out. I asked for specific areas to be treated, but after a month of service I still have just as many bugs as before. The inside of my house was never treated like I requested, My backyard was never treated like I asked. The service technician showed up at a totally different time than I had scheduled with the receptionist. When I called to cancel my service I learned that I was stuck in a 1 year contract with a $130 cancellation fee. I hope others have had a better experience than me. I thought it was important for me to let others know so they don't have the same experience

They knocked on my door, cold calling and their timing was perfect. We had just moved in so I was looking for a business to handle my pest control. Not only that, the salesman was very personable and offered a great initial service price.



The service technician was great! It must have been close to 100 degrees outside but Michael K. still took his time and treated our entire yard and house in a very efficient, effective manner. I would recommend this company and the tech to any one of my friends!

Matt C did a great job on July 4th! He was very careful with our pets. He did a great job on all of our rock walls. And he even got the wasp nest on the back of a bench on our porch.

Brandon Kofoed did a wonderful job. He was willing to do what our other pest service refused to do and even got under our low porch to rid us of those pesky wasps. We are very pleased with their friendly service and diligent efforts

Alterra did a great job today. We had been having issues with ants after the first couple of sprays, so our tech, Austin T. made sure to spray in all of the areas that the ants had been a problem. Spiders have been seen only a couple times, much less than in the past! He was efficient and quick making sure to get all areas around the house, and did it all in the extreme heat!

We are very please with our Alterra service. Michael K was prompt and professional. He explained everything that he was going to do. He listened to a few concerns and addressed them professionally.

Michael K with Alterra was professional and friendly. He did an outstanding job. He was clean cut, well spoken and inspired trust (must have been the cowboy hat). The only reason I did not give the review a full 5 stars was because I had to tell him everything I wanted done when it was all in the original work order I signed with Brandon. That being said, it was very minor and I just want to give Michael something to shoot for! I will recommend Alterra to my family and friends in need!

Alterra is always professional and easy to schedule with. I love their guarantee, if you still see bugs, simply call and they'll come back. So far, I haven't needed to call!! Austin T. was my service guy today and he was very nice and proficient.

Matt C was courteous and helpful. He explained everything and ask for specific problems ie ants, slugs. We are anxious to see the long term results

Michael Kidman was our service tech and did a great job. He was very eager to make sure he had covered everything. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and very polite. He also made my wife feel very at ease. Thanks for your great service.

We had Isaac T. come out from Alterra on Saturday and he was fabulous. He did everything we asked with a great attitude and really went above and beyond by offering tips and advice. After he left I went to see how he did outside and he went above and beyond out there also making sure every crack and crevice a bug could get through had been taken care of. He even took down the cobwebs in the garage! Thank you Isaac T. !
