We made the drive to Wellesley Volkswagen from RI because they had a particular car we were interested in. We are so glad that we did. Kevin Mullin was great! Took the time to answer all our questions. He never made us feel pressured and was so knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy. We would definitely return here to purchase another vehicle.

We stepped into Wellesley VW and had a great experience and walked away with an auto which perfectly fits our family's needs. I had a great experience with Eric Tonkonogy, who helped us navigate all the paperwork and pricing to fit our budget. It was a great experience!

I came to Wellesley VW for buying a new vehicle, 2019 Tiguan SE 4 motion. Eric Tonkonogy helped me through the process and everything was great. I got my car after two days. It was a fast and pleasing process.

Had a great buying experience with Eric T! Test drove two vehicles, then bought one. Pretty simple. It was used, and the price was fair, so there you go. They also took our ancient SUV off our hands--sad to see it go, it was a good car, but bad on gas compared to what we just bought from Eric! Yea!

I was absolutely thrilled with my experience at Wellesley VW. My needs and concerns were listened to, I never at any point felt ‘sold to’, or pressured into something I didn’t want. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was picking up my new car by Tuesday. In total I probably spent less than an 90 minutes there across the two appointments, including the test drive. My recommendation is to ask for Andreas – he will do everything in his power to make sure you leave with the right vehicle, as efficiently as possible, and answer any questions you have very patiently. John is not your average salesman who uses high-pressure sales tactics. He is patient, friendly, as well as knowledgeable. I have had other dealers calling me repeatedly, stating that they had the lowest price of the model, with their offer ending at the end of the day, but turned out to be a total lie. (they don't even have the vehicle with the color and accs I wanted) John, on the other hand, never rushed me, and offered the lowest price among all dealers. My family was looking at a Volkswagen and other automobiles.

Matt Killian was my service advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Natick. He took care of my GTS. Herb lost a hard working employee. Now he works at Wellesley Volkswagen. So better than a trust worthy person to get help from.

Matt introduced me to Andreas Becker, sales man who also imported himself from Germany. Andreas took us for a test drive. Very knowledgeable about the product. We weren't ready to pull the trigger yet. We needed to look at some other vehicles. The one thing that was very important to me was that I wasn't hassled by follow up phone calls.

When we were finally ready,we contacted Andreas and felt comfortable to work with him. Andreas took our offer over to Mike Ahern the GSM. Mike worked out a great deal fairly quickly.

Andreas then took us over Ramin Tayoun Finance Director. Ramin is a veteran in auto industry. He made the process painless and extremely fun. He understood what we needed exactly. We were in and out extremely fast.

The next day we took delivery of our new car. The car was perfect. Andreas took his time to explain everything to us. Then Wellesley Volkswagen even provided a nice little gift.

I've had a handful of VW Jetta GLI's over the years from Wellesley VW, both leased and purchased, and have specifically worked with Andreas Becker for the last few. I cannot say enough about Andreas. He has a very deep product knowledge; he's honest, forthright, has a great personality and easygoing manner, and works very hard to ensure his customers are happy. I recently moved into a 2017 VW Jetta GLI, and it was, once again, a great buying experience.
