We bought the new 2017 Golf (Wolfsburg Edition). The customer service by Kevin Mullin was excellent, both before purchase and upon picking up the car. He knows the models inside and out and was able to answer all our questions so that we left the dealership feeling confident in our purchase decision. Would recommend.

Wellesley Volkswagen seemed to quite easily exceed my expectations of first time car buying. Andreas Becker was the Sales Consultant who helped me throughout the entire process from start to finish. Andreas was very professional, responsive, and insightful which made the process easy and comfortable for me. I first walked in, discussed my requirements and criteria, and then within minutes was out test driving the car which ultimate would be my first buy. This first time car buying experience certainly set the bar high and I could not be more appreciative of the help I received from Andreas.

On the finance side, Victoria Bronchtein took me step by step through the process and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Victoria followed suit and also exhibited professionalism and responsiveness which made the process go as smooth and stress free as possible.

I recently bought a car at Wellesly VW from an awesome dude name Andreas Becker and he killed it. He hooked me up with a very awesome 2016 Jetta at a very very good price and jumped through a lot of hoops to get me into that car and on the road. Ive been a customer at Wellesley VW for at least 9 years and I don't keep going back to them by accident, they have beaten every price offered by every local garage and then some. If you buy a new car ask for Andreas the guy knows his stuff and won't jerk you around, real straight shooter.

It was my first car buying experience and I have to say it was outstanding. Marc and all the other people at Wellesley Volkswagen are great. I came in a while back to check out the car. Marc was very patient with me, answered all my questions.

After having several awkward, uncomfortable, and downright unpleasant experiences at other dealerships, my husband and I end up at Wellesley Volkswagen. It was a wonderful, no pressure experience.



Our salesperson, Jens Albrecht, was very down to earth and highly knowledgeable about the different cars in which we were interested. I was debating between the Jetta and the Golf and after talking through the pros and cons of both, Jens suggested the Golf. He was completely right, it is the perfect car for our needs.



We couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better salesperson. He made me feel at ease and that he would respect whatever decision we made. Jens was also really good at work with us as a couple. At other dealerships, the salespeople would only talk to my husband, our only talk to me, or just talk car features with me and price with my husband....but with Jens, the three of us were just all having a normal conversation.



We also got an amazing deal on the car!!

Three years ago this month I leased my first car at Wellesley Volkswagen. I just leased a 2016 Jetta GLI SEL from Marc Schoenhammer. I am a young man who is a medic in the US Army. I really wanted this car. Marc is an expert in VW. Anthony from finance and Marc tag teamed this to make it happen for me. They were very responsive and extremely helpful. It was Karissa who put me in contact with them. I think I spelled her name wrong. I love my jetta. It is the best car I've ever driven. I highly recommend this dealer. They delivered the car in the middle of a blizzard. Marc really is a subject matter expert. He is from Germany. He and I also share the bond of serving our respective countries in the armed forces. That discipline and organization from his service definitely showed in the way he was extremely good at showing how to work a more technically advanced vehicle than anything I have ever dealt with.

Excellent experience for my 2nd lease in a row from Wellesley VW and Andreas Becker. He is the antithesis of a pushy salesman, knowing when his customer is interested, and not trying to push cars that are not of interest. I'll definitely be back for lease #3!

Just purchased a 2016 VW Golf SE and I am very happy. John Nesbitt was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, tells it to you as it is and has a great sense of humor.
