Andreas Becker was our salesperson--second car we've bought with his help. He is a credit to his dealership--informed, prompt, and helpful. He also helped us a lot with our Golf TDI buyback, something he was not obligated to do. We're getting a new GTI to replace it, as we liked our TDI so much.

John Nesbitt is as good as it gets. He was extraordinarily helpful throughout the process of purchasing a 2017 VW Golf S. He works around your schedule and is patient. John was knowledgeable, kind, and honest. I never felt like I was forced into purchasing or signing something that I was not 100% sure about. He called me a few days after purchasing my car to check in and ask how things were going. It was genuine and helpful! I'd recommend this place and John N. with no hesitation.

Kevin Mullin was patient and took the time to listen to our needs. We got a great car at the price we anted. Kevin was responsive and knowledgeable. This is our second Volkswagen and we look forward to many years of enjoyment with these cars.

I had the greatest experience in leasing beetle SE 2017 with John Nesbitt, Ray and Rami in Wellesley VW.

John and Ray offered me the best deal. What’s more, John took great care of my insurance as well since I am an inexperienced driver. I had to go though a complex application due to my foreign student status, Rami solved all the problems and successfully got me approved.

I felt being treated like a family member during the entire process.

When I first reached the office, it was already about to close, but John and Ray were still so patient. They helped me go through every steps in buying/leasing a car, patiently answered every question I had, just to make sure I got what I really wanted. When I left the office, it was already an hour after closing time.

When I finally got the car, John was as happy as me. He is also very professional and knowledgable. He went through every function and detail of the car to make sure I can fully enjoy it. To me, they are not merely business man, they are trusted friends. I can feel their strong care about the customers. Also, they have a strong sense of humor. I really enjoy being here at VW Wellesley. The experience was far beyond my satisfaction. I am 100% sure that you will too.

We bought the new 2017 Golf (Wolfsburg Edition). The customer service by Kevin Mullin was excellent, both before purchase and upon picking up the car. He knows the models inside and out and was able to answer all our questions so that we left the dealership feeling confident in our purchase decision. Would recommend.

Wellesley Volkswagen seemed to quite easily exceed my expectations of first time car buying. Andreas Becker was the Sales Consultant who helped me throughout the entire process from start to finish. Andreas was very professional, responsive, and insightful which made the process easy and comfortable for me. I first walked in, discussed my requirements and criteria, and then within minutes was out test driving the car which ultimate would be my first buy. This first time car buying experience certainly set the bar high and I could not be more appreciative of the help I received from Andreas.

On the finance side, Victoria Bronchtein took me step by step through the process and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Victoria followed suit and also exhibited professionalism and responsiveness which made the process go as smooth and stress free as possible.

I recently bought a car at Wellesly VW from an awesome dude name Andreas Becker and he killed it. He hooked me up with a very awesome 2016 Jetta at a very very good price and jumped through a lot of hoops to get me into that car and on the road. Ive been a customer at Wellesley VW for at least 9 years and I don't keep going back to them by accident, they have beaten every price offered by every local garage and then some. If you buy a new car ask for Andreas the guy knows his stuff and won't jerk you around, real straight shooter.
