I called regarding my service appointment that had been rescheduled (because someone called in, according to the text message) but I needed an appointment ASAP. After an initial pushback from the office manager, Jason, he allowed me to speak to the Service Manager, Javal (I believe), immediately came up with a resolution and sent Xavier Malave to handle my concerns and he did so professionally, efficiently and enthusiastically! I couldn’t have been more pleased 😀.

It was a service that no longer needs to be spoken. If he- Joany Diaz, technician- could keep coming for service, I would be happy.

the person was useful, polite and on time. Job was done and cleaned up after himself. Overall good experience

Elizier was very helpful and professional. He helped me out when I was running late. I needed to be home for the service to put my dog inside the home. I really appreciated this extra consideration.

Daniel Clark, the technician from Aptive, did a throughout job.
Brushed off all the cobwebs, sprayed along the house's perimeter,etc.
He was polite, professional, a valuable representative to the company.

Richard Lang is an exceptional person. He's personable, prompt, patient, proficient and professional. After giving me what I thought I needed, I went out to catch him before he left. I told him the specific issue I was having, which I should have done in the first place, and he recommended a different tool for me and gave me plenty. He was very nice to my dog, kids and has always been great to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Richard is so thorough, is extra attentive to my needs, and is always on time!! Worth every penny!!! Haven't had a black widow problem since he's been maintaining my home. Thanks for a job well done!!!

the service tech, Josh Blunt arrived early on a scheduled appt. He informed us of his tasks and asked if there were any issues for him to address, which he did without hesitation. Upon completion he informed us of everything he accomplished and with a smile he departed...

Michael C. Came out and did a great job. We have plenty of spider webs and he made sure he removed them all.

Edgar Castillo serviced our home. He was also here for our last service. I was contacted to let me know when he would be here. Each time he arrived he came to the door, was very polite, asked if we had any problems he should be aware of that he could take care of, then he went on with his work. When finished he again came to the door and I had a couple of questions he answered. He is very professional, polite and does a great job.

Richard Lange was the representative that came out and serviced my home. He called me ahead of time to let me know when he will be arriving, arrived as scheduled and reviewed with me what the issues were and how he was going to provide treatment. He did a detailed job and was very professional. So from a service report it has been top notch, I am still not sold on the products being used as this is my forth visit and I still have a spider problem. Stay tuned for my product referral.
