My first name is Cheryl C. and my service technician is Will Moran. He is just the greatest. He always is very courteous, letting us know he is here to service my house. He always makes sure he inspects he area and then services the area accordingly. I appreciate his kindness, friendliness and professionalism. I chose to go with Aptive over other Pest control companies due to their professionalism and their excellent services provided.

Scott came today for our quarterly treatment. It's great that aptive can come even when we aren't home. We didn't need any interior spraying this time since we haven't seen any pests at all inside the house! Thanks guys!

Absolutely amazing service! I was completely blown away by how courteous and informative our technicians have been. My husband and I have waited until our second quarterly service to write a review to be sure we provide a proper rating and I'm so glad we did. We have had three different men service our property within that time and all three have done a phenomenal job. They are always dressed well, speak clearly, and never rush our treatments. What keeps us happy is knowing we can call back at anytime if we need another treatment and it won't cost us anything. That makes my husband and I so happy, especially because we have children who love to play outside. Our house is secure and and I don't have to worry about anything biting our kids. Plus they always treat inside for free so we get our home and garage treated each time. We haven't seen a spider or even heard a cricket for months. Thank you for the service we never knew we were without!

Had Will come out and explain the service, and he did it completely. We have now had our first service and I was home to see the thoroughness that these professionals use in protecting my house from critters. Special thanks to Will.A happy customerWilliam M

The are scam artist. I sign up for the service in May, the next service was in June. I was out of town , and I told them I would call to schedule, but they called several times, and i told them No. The manager tried to get me to have the front yard done , and i said it didn't make sense to not do the full service. I request that that remove my credit card from the file. Manny said he would. So the last time they called was on a 6/27/16 Friday at 4:55 the office closes at 5. I call that friday left a message with the answering service to cancel the service, and i call again on Saturday and was assured that service would be canceled. The didn't cancel it and showed up and did the front yard without my permission.could charge me, the problem was I asked them to removed my Credit card , and they said it was done, they charge my card today , which is August 31, the are the worst DON"T USE Them , the are liars. I wouldn't give them any stars if i could. They Breached the service contact.

Both Will and Aaron were prompt,polite and professional in their first visit.I thought it was a great discount to start the service.I`ll be glad to get rid of crickets and spiders along with wasp nests.

This was our first treatment with the aptive service so I will have to wait to see how well it works. The technician, Will, was very polite and seemed knowledgeable. He showed up within the window provided by the sales rep. I only left off one star because of a misunderstanding about where the spraying was supposed to occur which is not a reflection of Will.

This was 1st treatment. Will did more then I expected. Looks like I'm going to get my money's worth.

we recently had ants, spiders, and snails problems. Will came by to perform inspection of problem areas and performed the initial flush treatment, he was thorough. He was professional, explained and answered all questions and concerns. The annoying pests seem to have disappeared!!! awesome service. Thanks.

Great service and very professional. I am glad I made the switch from my old service. Will spent a lot more then 5 mins treating my home which is how long the other service would spend.

We had an excellent experience with both the salesman Tanner and the service Pro Will Moran. They were both very professional & knowledgeable of the product. We used to be with Orkin but are very happy to have a company that gives us personalized customer service.

Will Moran was professional in his service and did a good job on the first service and cleaned up the perimeter of the house well. Thanks and keep it up, Will.

Tyler M. was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything very well before even starting the service. I would have given this review a 5 star but unfortunately the salesperson did not inform me that if someone in the house has asthma that they can't spray while they are in the house. Therefore, he treated with the powder being inserted into the light outlets instead.
Overall Tyler M was awesome.
