I just want to say that the young man that came to my Home and performed a good service I want to thank him very professional very thorough and waste any time to care business

the service tech, Josh Blunt arrived early on a scheduled appt. He informed us of his tasks and asked if there were any issues for him to address, which he did without hesitation. Upon completion he informed us of everything he accomplished and with a smile he departed...

Michael C. Came out and did a great job. We have plenty of spider webs and he made sure he removed them all.

Edgar Castillo serviced our home. He was also here for our last service. I was contacted to let me know when he would be here. Each time he arrived he came to the door, was very polite, asked if we had any problems he should be aware of that he could take care of, then he went on with his work. When finished he again came to the door and I had a couple of questions he answered. He is very professional, polite and does a great job.

Michael Cheney did a great job in our backyard, he sprayed every spot I asked him to, well done.

Richard Lange was the representative that came out and serviced my home. He called me ahead of time to let me know when he will be arriving, arrived as scheduled and reviewed with me what the issues were and how he was going to provide treatment. He did a detailed job and was very professional. So from a service report it has been top notch, I am still not sold on the products being used as this is my forth visit and I still have a spider problem. Stay tuned for my product referral.

Kevin A. was very thorough and efficient in his work and completed every special task I requested of him without any hesitation.

The Aptive guy Chris Cartagena did an amazing job today when it's 100 degrees outside but he was cheerful, professional and very careful. I highly recommend Aptive as your first chice.

Our aptive guy, Logan Griffiths, came out today and did an amazing job! The exterior of our house... outdoor light fixtures, and nooks and cranies were full of webs, and he got rid of them! Logan also cleaned up our kids play structure and patio furniture that was full of webs!! Super amazing job. Very friendly & prompt. I highly reccomend aptive & especially Logan Griffiths!

Galdino Rivas was our tech today. It had to be 100 degrees outside today but he was cheerful, explained everything he was going to do and made sure I understood how the service works. When I told him that spiders on the kid's playhouse was a big problem for me, he not only sprayed the house (as was part of the service) but he wiped away all the webs inside and outside!

Bailey and Galdino were Pros....came on time...took care of the house..so kind and courteous...went above and beyond other services Ive used...I highly recommend this company...Thanks Aptive!
