Manuel Enriquez serviced our home today. My wife relayed to me how impressed she was with the thorough job he did and his pleasant attitude even when she had lots of questions.

Cory R - Will Moran was our service technician. When he arrived he first explain what he would do on this visit. After completing the service he explained what to expect and what he would do on a regular basis. Will was very friendly, professional and his uniform was very clean. We were very happy with the service and would recommend him and Aptive to our friends and neighbors.

Aptive's services have been incredibly effective in keeping our crickets to a minimum! Now that we are in "spider" season, they came out to respray within a couple days of my call. Our service tech, Scott West, was professional, quick & polite!

My house was infested with house centipedes. Aptive resprayed for free when the buggers reappeared. Seems to be working as their miserable corpses have started turning up!

This company is AWESOME. I have always been very happy with their service. Their service representatives have always been professional and do a great job. I had some rat problems and called them up. Their technician Will Moran came by to do my service. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. He also did a thorough job and took his time to do the job. I have quarterly service with Aptive, but where they really wowed me is with their free interior rodent service. We discovered mice in our garage, and Joey Tovar arrived early and handled the entire situation! He went above and beyond to help us and make sure to address the problem. I was very impressed with his level of service and kind nature!

Ashton Harward has now been out twice (once to check the trap for rats - I'm paranoid and call weekly) and today for the quarterly service. I cannot recommend his/company's services enough. Very thorough, professional, efficient and courteous. He went above and beyond and explained everything thoroughly. I really appreciate the quality of care and . . . guess what. . . Scott did an excellent job today. He is very nice and was very professional! He explained what he was doing before he started and then explained exactly what he used after he was done. He even cleaned the eaves that are on top of the house.

I have had Will Moran from Active do quarterly service around my home several times. He is so very thorough and always does a great job. He is friendly, reliable,on time and very willing to answer any of my questions.

My service pro, Scott came out to the house on December 29th. Just such a helpful rep, so knowledgeable and helpful. I had many questions and he was so patient and able to answer all my questions even though he was working late due to some scheduling issues at the front office.

Highly recommend Aptive and Scott for sure. He's one of the best.

I would like to thank Fernando Ramirez with Aptive pest control. Fernando was very professional as well as friendly. I strongly recommend Aptive! Our service provider is Will Moran and he is phenomenal! We appreciate the personal service he provides. He's always prompt, and he truly cares about his customers. I never have to worry if he closed the gate to our backyard because he is thorough and trustworthy. He knows we have dogs and makes sure the gate is closed so they don't get out. Will is very conscientious and personable. He's a great representative of Aptive and I highly recommend the service.

I had my quarterly service performed by associate Will Moran and was vey pleased. He was professional, courteous and had great information regarding some trees that my neighbors have as far as the insects that are housed in these particular trees. Will isn't my usual associate but happened to be servicing my home on this particular day. Thanks Will.
