Oh my gosh! Every summer for years our house would be invaded with ants. You couldn't leave a plate of food out for even a few minutes or they'd be swarming all over it. They were everywhere, inside and out! They even ate alive two hummingbird babies the instant they hatched in their nest outside our kitchen window. Then a few weeks ago an Aptive salesperson knocked on my door. A couple hours later Tyler C. and his team showed up. They were in and out in no time, very professional, and guess what? No ants. Anywhere! Not even in the trash can outside. It's nothing short of miraculous. Well done Aptive!

Joseph and Daniel performed my initial house treatment for bug spray after I signed up with Aptive. They were friendly, professional, and listened to my concerns about seeing rat droppings. They then placed a couple rat traps down for me. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

We decided to dry a new company for our pest issues and Scott and Fernando came out and did an amazing job!! They were professional and very friendly. We were very happy with the services that were provided and look forward to using them regularly.

I was cold-called at my house to sign up for this pest control service. I explained that I was renting this house and would be moving in a few months out of state. I was assured the program could follow me, and if needed I could cancel at any time without penalty. Well, guess what, that wasn't true. I called today to cancel and I'm being charged an early cancellation fee of $170.00. Very dishonest business practice as well as a shady presence online. If you look up their address, it comes back as Alterra pest control. And, if you read through Alterra's reviews, you'll see the same business practice of bait and switch. Also, their address on their invoice has the wrong zip code and a phony branch license number of 1231231234. Very suspect. I'm sure they'll be changing their name again as soon as enough bad reviews poor in. As far as the actual service, I still get spiders in the house....

Amber came knocking on my door at the perfect time because we had just had an ant infestation in the kitchen after a heat wave. The next day, Justine and Manny came knocking at exactly the same time that Amber said they would come, they introduced themselves, were incredibly respectful of my home, and explained everything to me. I asked them to treat my kitchen on the inside of the house along with the outside where the infestation was and they did so without charge. Justine is just so cool and completely understood all my concerns. I saw Manny work really hard to get rid of every last cobweb in the heat outside and I'm grateful for that because we had a lot of cobwebs. He carefully turned over each patio chair and got the webs. I am so happy with my experience with aptive thus far - I'm really hoping that this gets rid of the bugs and if the solution and sprays work, I will continue to use them past that one year contract.

My technicians Jerry and Manny did an awesome job explaining all the details of my service and payment schedule. The did exactly what they told me they would do with spraying our home and yard. I think the two of them spent 30 minutes total at my house. They even flipped over the kids toys in the backyard to knock off the cob webs. I was very impressed and pleased.

Aaron and Ernesto were fantastic! They arrived on time, were minimally invasive and made sure my dogs were well protected. Would definitely recommend Aptive and Aaron and Ernesto

Aptive came to my door on Friday to offer pest control services and I was so impressed with the professionalism that I chose to sign up and have them treat for bugs as well as set some Rat traps in my garage. Manny was fantastic and very thorough with his inspection and made sure to tell me everything he did. I called Aptive this morning because both rat traps had caught these pests! They sent out Scott and Ernesto to remove the dead rats and I was incredibly thankful! They were very professional and kind and assured me they would come out again free of charge when the traps caught any more. So refreshing to have this pest problem being taken care of. I will highly recommend Active to friends and family.
