Robert came by about 8 AM, introduced himself and went about his business of inspecting my heating and cooling system for close to an hour and a half. I was very impressed with his thorough inspection and explanation.. I will seek him out the next time I reguire service.

David was our service man, he came out to do a checkup on ourroof mounted heat/air unit. Nice guy, honest, no pressure, did not try to sell me something I didn't need. This is the second time we have used Collins. I'll be using Collins again in the future and if David is available that is the service man I will ask for.

I'm also in the customer service industry and have high expectations. My 20 year old 5 ton furnace finally died right before Christmas. I was lucky as AZ weather was in the 60's and 70's allowing me to buy time interviewing companies and educating myself. Collins Comfort Masters won my confidence from the start. After evaluating it was determined my 2.5 ton would soon die, so I replaced it too. From the sales rep thru the installers they were great. They explained everything and kept me informed. The installers were polite and did an awesome job. My job was not little as I replaced both furnaces, moving 1 to the attic from a closet and 2 air conditioners. Even the drywaller painted the walls as brand new, he was also incredibly good and nice. During the process I had a plumbing problem in my bathroom and they sent out a plumber, who was also awesome. Collins Comfort Masters Employee Fred Medina, who is an HVAC Service Tech., is by far the most professional, honest, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable HVAC Service Tech. I have ever had in decades of AC and Furnace Service and Repairs.I specifically request Fred only, as I know that any needed service done, will be to my complete satisfaction.I now have Fred only do all my service and repairs, and have had for the last ten years. Chris and John installed our new unit. They arrived as scheduled and explained what was going to happen throughout the day. They worked non-stop all day until the work was completed. They were very personable and had great conversation with my husband. They were very thorough and explained everything as they worked. Our experience was great, Chris and John did excellent work. Anthony and Adam showed up at the time of the appointment , did all preparation for the crane lift to the roof. Managed the job after crane lowered the new unit, installed and painted the cover according to HOA requirements and made in work. I am very pleased with the entire operation and job by Collins Comfort Masters.

Jose and Justin G arrived right on time. They have tried to accommodate all the difficulties of installing a new AC system. My house has a narrow opening to the roof and they have to take out the old system out and put in the new system. They did it in a timely manner and thoroughly tested the new system after installation. I have a wonderful experience and really appreciate their courteous service!

The basic AC installation was very good. The problem arose with the overall AC installation. The duct work should have been examined and issues resolved up front. Our home air flow was not acceptable and was discussed early on. They basically ignored the issues until I raised the issue again. It cost us $1,300 to get resolved what should have been resolved immediately. At another property we still have duct issues and the returns were NOT the size specified. They installed a different size return with no communication to me. Next AC install will be specified and the specification signed by us and Collins, or another AC Service. Note: We have 3 additional propertied that will need Units installed in the next 1-3 years.One property was done correctly and new duct work installed.

We are delighted by Collins installation team ( Dan/Jose, Chris w., Adam, John) who finished a quality work installing our 2 units in one day, following all the safety and quality procedures and going beyond the expectations to paint the wall around the controller voluntarily( as the new controller was smaller than older one and old paint was showing up). They were very polite, clean and did a great job. Answered all the questions patiently and made sure we were satisfied with the job. We are using them again for our second house and referred them to our neighbors. We reviewed and interviewed many other companies before choosing Collins and we were very happy with our selection. They started at 7:30 am and were done by 2:30pm including vacuuming and cleaning the house. After they left we only needed to mop the floors and put the area rugs back and we could not believe this big job was done in less than a day (not only they installed two units they had to correct the intake routing for the second floor and enlarge it as it was not in spec and insolate the intake for the first floor).

My request for service was handled promptly and professionally from the moment I called them to the resolution of the problem by their tech, Fred. I have been a customer of theirs for some time now and they have always exceeded my expectations.

Thank you to Collins Comfort Masters. First to the scheduler that I talked to last week. She was able to fit me into the schedule within the time frame that worked for me (today 11/21/13). Second, to the technician. Robert was on time, courteous, and professional. He also remembered shoe covers before entering the house which I much appreciated. Being new to AZ, I feel I have lucked out in finding Collins Comfort Masters.

We have used Collins Comfort Master for the last 5 years and their customer service, timely arrivals, cleanliness and manors have been excellent. Travis has come out the last few times and he goes above and beyond with his services and explanation of any situation that has come up.We would recommend Collins to anyone. Ask for Travis!

Josh and Justin did a great job installing my new system. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the job and operation of the system. They were pleasant and fun to work with. Thanks for a great install experience.

Overall, an excellent experience. The telephone receptionist was very professional and confirmed an estimated time of arrival by contacting the technician while I waited. Fred, the technician arrived right on time. After listening to my description of the problem, he described what he thought the problem might be and how he would proceed with diagnosis. Upon completion of his analysis, he reported back what the problem was, how he would repair, and the cost. He explained that he was not using an OEM replacement part and that their experience had proven that the non-OEM part actually performed better in our desert climate. He took the time to answer all of my questions before proceeding. I could tell that he knew his trade by the thoroughness and simplicity of his explanations. He completed the work and performed a complete inspection of the entire system, putting on shoe covers before entering our home to inspect the air handler. My wife loved that.

Dave with Collins Comfort Masters was on time, courteous and professional. We were very happy with our experience with Collins Comfort Masters. I would use and recommend them again.

We had Bruno out to service our air conditioning system the other day and I was so impressed. He took his time going through the system and he was very professional. I have had many technicians out to my home and all of them have given me great service. I will continue using Collins for my air conditioning needs and highly recommend them!!

I was referred to Collins Comfort Masters by my sister who had used Collins in the past. My A/C went out and I called Collins and they were able get out that same day. They provided me with great service and was able to get my unit up and running. Great customer service from the office and the technician that came to my home. I would defintely recommend Collins in the future.

This was my first time using Collins Comfort Masters. I heard their annoying but catchy jingle on KMLE Country. I decided to give them call the next day when I noticed that my A/C was not keeping up with my thermostat. Right off the bat, I was impressed with their Dispatcher's friendly attitude and willingness to get a technician out to my home ASAP. Once the technician arrived, he was very thorough and knowledgable. When the technician was done he presented my with an estimate on the repairs that needed to be completed. He was very up front and honest as he walked me outside to show me what he was talking about. I appreciated his willingness to help educate me, rather then treating me like someone who doesn't know what they are talking about. I have now recommended Collins Comfort Masters to two more of my friends and I am confident that they will receive the same level of service that I received.

This is the first time where a unit less than 4 years old (both new parts has crapped on us) In order to keep the warranty going we are required to pay for their yearly "checkup." A useless procedure where supposedly everything was fine but a week later the motor went and two weeks later the handler. Both units were purchased from Collins Masters and are Trans units. In the past we have not had the same kind of trouble with the brand. Their service men are polite but obviously not very good at what they do.
