DAn long and Chris g installed a new a/c complete unit on my daughter home and they did a excellent job we were very please how they worked togeather and clean up the mess when finished.

I am very happy with the professionalism and customer service I received today from Travis Christensen and his co-worker (can't remember his name) they seemed very knowledgable and friendly. I had them inspect the hvac on a home I am purchasing.

Today was a routine Fall service check. Our technician, Josh was awesome! Thorough & concisely, he evaluated an issue with the heater not heating (when we'd had those temps in the 20's), determining that the fan motor was bad. He was able to replace it, found out that we were still under warranty, which saved us a TON of money!! He even repaired the air filter intake grill for us as it was giving us trouble closing it. Looking for a great AC & Heating Service that will treat you right?? You need not look any further than Collins!

I have had others check my heat pump in the past for free or sum very low price but they are in too much of a hurry to make a buck. Collins Comfort Masters always do a complete inspection at a fair price Thank You and have never failed to fix a problem the first time.

I am so happy with my ac/heating unit and how Justin and John were willing to take the time to make sure I was comfortable with my unit. Another guy that was very very helpful and very willing to explain any questions I might of had was Blaine. These guys were very nice and professional and didn't leave until I was happy with the service. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a ac/heating unit as well as any other services.

I learned about Collins Comfort Masters from a friend that used them. They gave prompt service when things went wrong with our old unit. When our old unit suddenly died they gave us a credit for the new part they recently installed to use for our new unit. Paul helped us decide on the unit that we needed and answered all of our questions. He came right out and took measurements and the crew arrived an hour later. They got it in and we were cooling down about 4 hours later. Dan Long and Diddie S did the installation and they did a great job. Thak you Collins Comfort Masters.

We have used Collins Comfort for many years and have always been pleased with their service. They are flexible with scheduling and the technicians are always on-time. We have had them out 3 times this summer - for and AC tune-up and repair and water heater replacement. For the AC repair and water heater work, the technicians clearly explained our options with accurate costs for each. Dave Dunbar gave our 8-year-old AC system a very thorough tune-up and told us what to look for as the system ages.

Saul was terrific. Answered all my questions, listened to my issues with the air conditioning in the family room. Gave me the best solution and the associated price to redistribute the air. Replaced the non-working parts he discovered as part of the check-up which was the reason he was here. Keep up the good work.

Joshua was efficient and thorough in diagnosing our AC problem. We were back to COOL on one of the years hottest days!

This company and staff continues to impress. I become a contract customer owing to the superior AC service I received. A recent plumbing issue was resolved in a timely manner, complete repair at a fair price. Cameron the master plumber is indeed a master, professional in all regards.

They installed my new AC they were professional, courteous and made the effort to do everthing in a timely manner. They explained the new thermostat and helped set it up on wi-fi even going as far as to help me figure out what my password was for the wi-fi, they definately went the extra mile. They have a great work ethic and are an asset to the Collins Comfort Masters team!

Jose and Adam installed our new AC unit today and it is working great they fixed several issues for the duct work in the attic. They thoroughly explained the issues they found in an easy to understand manner. The also went through the complete working of the new unit and demonstrated setting the new thermostat. The cleanup after the install made it look like no one had even done any work - great job to both of them. Can't say enough about these guys and the deserve recognition for being very professional.

He actually cared enough to show me information about using my thermostat that I had never been shown before,
