Today my wife and I had our new Lennox Heat Pump installed by Collins Comfort Masters, 1455 W Scott Ave, Gilbert, AZ 85233, referred by Costo. Our technicians arrived promptly. Joshua C. and John were very professional and took the time to carefully explain the instillation and answer any questions. The system being replaced was over twenty-two years old with an air handler on the first floor and the condensing unit on the roof of our four story condominium. Joshua C. and John addressed the challenges of installing a modern energy efficient central air system in a twenty-eight year old condominium and explained each adjustment that was needed to make our new system reliable and dependable. Our home was left as clean and spotless as it was when they arrived and now our home is cool and comfortable. Excellent job and excellent value.

I had been a Collins Comfort Masters customer for years. Joshua came to my house today and performed an AC checkup. He is knowledgeable and friendly. While he is here he is able to provide a very good suggestion on what to do in order to make my master bedroom more comfortable. I will be calling them again and recommend to my friends and family.

Cameron Stowell did an amazing job on completing various preventive maintenance items in our home. The work included installing a new water heater, replacing many angle stops, and fixing faucets. Collins Comfort Masters installed my AC unit about 10 years ago. I've had them service it yearly since then. I can count on them doing what they said they will do. The unit continues to run properly.Joshua, the technician on my last service call, was knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly.

Collins Comfort Masters installed a new A/C and they were on time, professional, knowledgeable and reliable. They went out of their way to explain what they were doing along the way and cleaned everything up when they were done. Since I found them through Costco you be be sure that Costco would not be connected with them if they were not the best. And the price was the lowest estimate I received. I highly recommend them.

The following is from a $600.00 invoice. The statement at the end says it all. The unit is over 10 years old!System Not Cooling Well.. Found That Compression Fitting At Txv Leaking Again. Pumped Down System, RemovedCompression Fitting, Cleaned Threads, Added Refrigerant Thread Sealer. Nitrogen Pressure Tested At 200 Psig.Evacuated System And Recharged Using Subcooling Method. System Now Cooling Well. 23° Temp Split. Problem WasNot Solved By Previous Attempt To Stop Leak Last Year So Today's Repair Was Made Under Collins Warranty.

Everything was done on schedule in a professional manner. The installers were thorough and careful to clean up after.

Collins Comfort Masters delivered an amazing experience from beginning to end. Max was the sales person, and he was extremely courteous and was patient in explaining all of the different units, and the ones that he would honestly recommend. He was able to get me some great deals on extra items for the system, and I still ended up cheaper than most of the other guys! Jose V and Adam M were our installers, and they did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves, and were very quick. They put tarps everywhere to ensure that the carpets stayed clean, and vacuumed up after they were done. Amazing experience all around from everyone!
