Cameron with Collins Comfort Masters is a master at plumbing services, first installing a water treatment system and the latest replacing corroded pipes in our meter box and replacing shower valve stems. Great customer service and quality work.

From the initial consultation with Garrett O. to the final installation with John L., Armando G., and Chris B., everything went flawless. Garrett spent a couple hours looking at my existing equipment, taking measurements and determining what size unit would best meet my needs. He explained the differences between the different Lennox models and their efficiencies. I chose the Lennox XP21 series because of the variable speed high efficiency rating. The installers showed up on time and were very professional. They wore shoe covers, placed drop clothes and were very cautious during the installation of the air handler and a/c ground unit. When the installation was completed they vacuumed, cleaned up, and went over everything with me. They programmed and explained the new thermostat. Angela in the office took care of all my rebates and I didn't have to follow up with anything. SRP contacted me to verify my rebate information, and I received a Costco rebate witch we cashed at Costco to apply with the other rebates and applied toward the purchase. Had both units checked for winter use , using gas. The office staff was friendly and the service tec. Ricardo was very Good. we paid the price that was quoted on the phone with no hidden fees,

Scheduled annual heating checkup. Fred, the technician arrived on time, explained the condition of the unit and what he did and recommended some things to check on the AC in the spring checkup. They have been servicing the unit since the installation and it is working great. I appreciate having the same technician come out on all the service calls! Great service and I would recommend them to everyone.

We've been using Collins Comfort Masters for over a decade now. On our personal property and our rentals.They provide the best customer service with competitive pricing. They are hands down the best value in the Valley and I would recommend them to anybody who needed service along with a good deal to look no further.This occasion they installed a 2 ton Lennox roof top unit. Jose Valenzuela and his crew were what I've come to expect from this company. Hopefully, they recognize their crews are the face of the company and deserve a bonus for the excellent work they do!! They have always provided same day emergency service and THAT'S VALUE!!

This Friday the 27th of August, 2015 Collins came out and installed a new A/C (Air Handler & Heat Pump). The two gentlemen who came out (Dan & Juan) were very professional and did an above average job installing both units. It was very hot and they worked tirelessly for many hours. They greatly improved the existing duct work and thermostat configurations so that my cooling losses were eliminated and troublesome wiring was fixed. The old system had been installed very, very poorly and this created a challenge for them. They made an extra effort to fix what was wrong. Additionally, the sales people were transparent such that there was no hidden fees. The costs, warranties and rebates were clearly explained and I understood exactly what I was getting, the time schedule and misc documentation requirements to get my rebates through SRP, and Costco. I would recommend them for fair, honest and professional work. The did what they promised!

I had my Lennox unit installed a little over a year ago. I bought it through Costco. I figured if Costco promoted them, it was good enough for me. I was very happy with the quality of the unit, and the installation. I had a complex installation, since I also wanted to use my Mastercool unit. This required some difficult work on the part of the sheet metal dept.. I have found Collins and it's technicians to be the best that I have dealt with. I recommend them highly.I had a free A/C checkup yesterday, a vibration was detected and a tech showed up this morning to check it out. He has ordered some parts and is confident he will solve the problem.It's difficult to find this level of service in the A/C trade

Our AC went at 8:30 in the evening on the hottest week of the year. We called Collins Comfort Masters and within an 1hr they Konnor at our door and working on our system. His quick response allowed us it get a good nights rest and still make it to work the next day. Thanks for allowing a us great nights sleep.

Reported problem with cooling by voice mail. Received call back within minutes to schedule service. Travis arrived on schedule following morning. He inspected the system and replaced a faulty fan. Travis went over the system for an hour in 110 degree sun on the roof. He discussed his findings in a professional manner. I'm glad I bought my AC from Collins.

Summer 2015...hot! Got hotter when our A/C quit working. We called Collin's Comfort Masters on a Sunday morning! No problem-it was the weekend, but they sent a technician out to see what the problem was. We were told we needed a new unit. The hubs wanted a second opinion-so they sent out another technician-who confirmed the diagnosis of the first. Collins came to our home and discussed with us our options for a new system. He was kind, helpful, and professional. We asked about the "Good" "Better" "Best" options available. He discussed with us the prices and benefits of each unit. With his help and information we went with the "Best" option. His team showed up bright and early on the day scheduled at the exact time they said. We appreciate the level of professionalism and service this company offered us!

Well once again Collins delivers! Though running less than I/2 hr. behind due to a thorough completion of his last customer, Travis made sure to call with his estimated arrival time. Even though the item to be installed was not the usual Lennox part, he calmly without any disappointment, installed and positively made sure of it's promised fix to the problem we had. This company and Travis truly have the after the sale concept of "customer service" an obvious scope of their business, and I am very happy about my choice in Collins vs. the other three contractors I got estimates from prior to my decision! Honestly never having any experience with Collins before personally, I had seen a couple of reviews that had positive remarks. While not being totally sold on reviews prior to purchasing any service or product, it was mostly my experience w/ Garrett who was solid, likeable and as our initial contact explaining our options and obvious knowledge of what we needed, that process was also the reflection of a class operation. I am thankful that I made and my positive review is nothing more than a deserved extra from a satisfied customer!!!

We had a new Lennox A/C system put in since we had a cooler we figured it was about time we upgraded! The workers we had were Anthony Duran, Baldwin, Dan, and Juan I have to say these workers are one of the most amazing people ever they came in focused on there job 100%. Very polite and together they make a great team! I'm pretty sure it took them longer to get us settled in with our new A/C because we had a cooler so to set up everything must of been hard not to mention but the heat was outrageous! even that it didn't stop them !! I am oh so very pleased with your work!! I will totally recommend Collins comfort matters!! it is because of hard workers who care for there job like these men that make a company successful!! Especially Anthony Duran who took his time and had patience to walk is through everything how to use the thermostat and all that good stuff !! Came back from being our of town for two weeks to find our AC unit not cooling. Called on Sunday afternoon with temps over 110 and Ricardo came our on a very timely basis. Discovered the unit needed coolant. Had to get more than he had with him, but promised to come back and fix the unit. He did and even went into the HOT attic to check the unit out. It was money well spent.

My ac system was not working correctly. Travis showed up on time, checked everything thoroughly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed everything. My system now runs better than before! Travis was extremely knowledgable, helpful, patient, and understanding. He took the time to answer all my questions. He is a big asset to CCM!
