Collins Comfort Masters sent technician Josh to our home to perform a AC inspection and tuneup. Josh did a great job and took the time to explain what he had done and answered all of our questions. Josh is a true professional and we will be using Collins Comfort Masters for of our AC and Heating work in the future Francis Forcione

My AC went out in August. I called Collins, since they were the company who installed my new unit last year, and their tech, Josh, came within a few hours of my call. He was very apologetic and promised me that he would diagnose and fix the problem as soon as possible. The poor man had to crawl around in my attic to find the problem and was drenched in sweat, but he was true to his word and had the unit up and running again as quickly as humanly possible! This company is top-notch and professional, from installation to repair and well above average when it comes to customer service.If you're needing expert, caring professional service, give them a call.

I got five quotes to have two split gas furnance, A/C units (a 5.0 ton and a 3.5 ton) replaced and I am very glad that I chose Collins. I had been working with James Molina for a couple of years as I was trying to milk as many years as I could out of my 18 year old Tranes, and during that time he never tried to talk me into buying something that I didn't need. When the 3.5 ton coil leaked all of its Freon on July 3rd, I knew if was time to replace the existing units. James gave me a great price and the intallers (Justin G., Warren, Chris S. Anthony and Diddi) were super. It was about 110 the day of the install and when they left it was like they were never here. They put down drop clothes over all of the flooing and wore shoe covers whenver they were in the house. They managed to get the old units out of the attic and the new units in without even leaving a fingerprint. The crane operator got the old outside units out and the new ones in without a hitch even though there is not much room between my house and my neighbors and he had to navigate several trees. I had a couple of questions after the intall date for James and he has continued to be very responsive. The new junits are working great and I am actually looking forward to my next electric bill. I would highly recommend Collins.

CALLED THEM AT 4:30 PM ON A SATURDAY. THE TECH, SEAN, WAS HERE BY 7 PM AND PROBLEM WAS FOUND AND CORRECTED BY 7 PM. THE RATE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE HOUR AND DATE . SEAM WAS FRIENDLY AND DID HIS JOB CAREFULLY.

I hired them to do the yearly maintenance on my A/C (which I do every year) and Sean was great, very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. he found a problem with a capacitor, replaced it right away, gave very detailed explanations. He was not in a hurry to get my money and go on to the next job. I will keep them in mind for all my A/C needs.

I have used Collins for years. They installed my AC unit. They have performed the fall and spring tune ups. The folks on the phone are helpful and friendly. the service guys are polite and knowledgeable. Collins is my AC company.

Sean serviced my a/c unit today. Professional, articulate, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Took time to do a very thorough job. Will request him in the future.

Sean (tech) did an outstanding job on this a/c check. He is well groomed, courteous, and was very methodical. His checks of cond/comp outside and air-handler inside were comprehensive. He let me know what he was doing at each stage of his checks. He was not hurried and took time after the job was complete to debrief me on his findings. A superb job. I welcome him back! C. Schott

Collins Comfort Masters installed our A/C unit three years ago and has been doing the check- ups ever since. The technician Fred called ahead to let us know he was coming and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs .

This is the first time I have used these guys, and they were great! They called a couple of days before, as well as the morning of the appointment, to confirm the date/time. Joshua showed up right on time, and was clean and professional. He completed the a/c tune up and assured us that our unit was working fine, and gave us a check list of what was done.

From the first contact until the contract was signed and the product installed everything was exactly as promised or better. The technicians were on time and cleaned up after the job was completed. We would recommend them for sure. Our thanks to Dan L., Jessy K. and Mark I. They did both AC and gas plumbing and both jobs were perfect.

As part of my maintenance agreement with Collins Comfort Masters, my spring tune up was performed this morning. Josh, the service tech, went above and beyond what was expected. I had asked him if could use his 8' ladder while he was here so I could clean out my rain gutters. The above and beyond was that he actually cleaned them out for me! I highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters and totally endorse their maintenance contract. Today, the run capacitor in the blower unit was replaced. Cost for the tune up and capacitor - ZERO, a $215 savings.

I recently had a malfunction with my 20 year old water softener. I looked on the web for plumbing companies and basically called Collins out of the blue. I was greeted by a cheerful receptionist who promptly scheduled an appointment. Cameron S soon looked over the issue and gave me several different ways to fix my softener problem. For me buying a new one was the answer but Cameron did not push the new purchase just advised me on the choice of a new unit. The new unit was installed today and I am very happy with the product. Cameron arrived on time, was efficient with his installation and took the time to advise me on the operation of the softener before he left. I am very happy with Cameron S. and whole Collins crew. We are extremely pleased with the HVAC systems installed by Collins Comfort Masters. Our salesman (Garrett) did an outstanding job of presenting the various options in replacing our entire HVAC system.
