Service was performed by Travis. Our Trane Package Unit decided to quit blowing cold air during the hottest weather we've had this year (June 2015). On Travis' arrival, we explained what the system was doing (not doing), and within no time he had diagnosed and replaced a capacitor for the main compressor. Yeah, cold air again! He also checked all the other components for proper operation, cleaned the condenser coils, showed us how to change the back-up batteries in the thermostat, and helped us with a filter frame issue. Travis was pleasant, professional, informative, and took the time to answer all our concerns/questions thoroughly. The cost of the parts and service today was not unreasonable. Plus, we found an online coupon on Collins Website that helped us defray the trip charge! We are happy customers and will call Collins for our fall service. Thank you!

The man who came out and gave us a consultation, Rob Lux, was very knowledgeable and handled all of the paperwork for our rebates through SRP and Costco. The crew who came for the install, Chris Warner, Chris Baldwin, Daniel Amin and John Lopez, did and excellent job. They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and reworked my ducting to get better airflow in parts of my home. I will definitely refer family and friends to Collins.

Technician (Ricardo Botello) arrived timely and checked my air-conditioning unit. He did a thorough review, worked efficiently and professionally in tuning up the unit. He even cleaned the access pane to the attic (first time anyone accessing the area has ever done). I am very satisfied with Collins Comfort Masters!

Cameron of Comfort Masters came out to diagnose our problem. He was extremely pleasant and capable, found the problem and gave us an estimate. They originally installed our A/C/heating system and we would not hesitate to use them again.

Scheduled a Spring AC checkup. The Technician (David McCormick) arrived timely and thoroughly check up of our two units. He one unit a bit low on coolant and the our needed a condenser.Given the age of the units, this was nor unexpected. Now we are all set for an Arizona summer. Thanks Collins

Great experience, Travis Christensen showed up on time explained all the facets of what he was doing in checking out my AC system. Did have to service with some refrigerant, but that is what I expected. Travis was very detailed in checking very thing and a very courteous employee. OMGosh. We had a system driving us crazy. Sort of okay on one side of the house, burning up on the other. Couple of "other" vendors in, paid for repairs on our unit 4 times (and SO not cheap), still same ol problems after their "fix". Found Collins Comfort Masters in CostCo. Rob Lux comes in and crawls around our attic for an hour, vs only looking at the unit (like the rest). We had two rips in the venting big enough to put your arm in. We've been spending a fortune heating and cooling the ATTIC! We bought a new unit, they repaired & sealed all the duct work. My entire house is "cool" for the first time in the 11+ years we've owned it. Love Collins Comfort! Don't hesitate to use this company.

I took advantage of an SRP promotional checkup on my Air Conditioning unit in March, 2015. I also had trouble with it cycling during the summer. I had another firm come out to check it out but they never really fixed it. The Collins Representative (Travis Christensen) quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty circuit board. He bypassed the board and said I could continue to use it with the bypass but would need to replace it by winter. Travis was very professional and spent a lot of time checking over my unit. He also gave me an estimate for replacing the circuit board. Based on this experience I would highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters. They are certified by SRP which the previous company was not.

Every year for the past 7 or 8 years I call Collins and ask for Fred to inspect and do the maintenance on my forced air furnace and air conditioner. I get the Master Tune-up which is a very good deal and comes with a one year guarantee, which they gladly honoured without a fuss the one time I had to call them for repair service 10 months later. Today, Fred came to do the Master Tune-up. As usual, he did a thorough inspection. Fred is very professional, friendly and courteous. He explains things very well and gives me good advice about operating my system. It is such a pleasure to have someone I can trust to keep everything working well. This company provides excellent service. So happy they were recommended to me. They also do plumbing now, and they gave me a quote on replacing a hot water recirculating pump which was quite a bit less expensive than my plumber quoted me.
