Long story short, Bill Brannon rocks. You will be hard pressed to come up with better representation than Bill.

David Dunbar was our tech and he preformed a profession and prompt service. I am very please with Collins Comfort Master and will use the exclusively from here on out!

MY techs Jose, Dan, Gilbert & Paul were on time and did an outstanding job installing our Lennox units obtained through Cosco. Extremely polite, courteous and professional. I would recommend Collins to anyone.

Jose, Armando, Gilbert,Javier, Paul O and Alex did a great job of installing our new Lennox ac units. Quick, efficient and left the house clean when they left. Polite, courteous and professional. Highly recommend them( referred through Costco)

had the AC running in less than a hour.

When Collins Comfort Masters found they could not deliver my service call, they found another technician. The temperature outside was 112 and inside was 97.Fred Medina showed up at 7:30PM after working all day. He stayed until our problem was solved, working outside in the heat, using a flashlight, after spending many hours in hot attics that day. He made time to sit down and talk to us about our AC units and was very personable and professional. Thank you Fred. Marvin and Wanda Nasses

Had Jose and Ryan from Collins out today to install a new unit. They were quick and polite oh and did I mention that I got an amazing deal. I'm so pleased and confident with my purchase (it was a big one) all of my reluctance and fear is gone.

When I realized I was going to need to replace my air conditioning units, I began researching the many products available with the goal of identifying a combination of quality and value along with a reputable and reliable company to do the install. There were so many to choose from, but I narrowed it down to 5 companies from which to request estimates, all having very good reputations, ratings, reviews and/or referrals.
There were many variables to consider and the candidate companies were competitive, offering their own unique value proposition. Ultimately, I chose to employ Collins Comfort Masters (CCM) to install 2 Lennox air conditioning units, two air purifiers, and to seal and clean the ducts.
After having had worked with them as a customer, these are my impressions.
The company came highly recommended and met my criteria for selection as stated above. I found them very knowledgeable and informative, willing to spend adequate time with me to answer questions and concerns, as well as fully evaluate the existing condition of my air conditioning system and all the while being respectful of my home.
Most candidate companies did a great job convincing me of the quality and merits of their products and services, but somehow I still felt uneasy about the expected long term outcome of what was being offered. Not so with CCM.
They are a well-established company, that could provide me the confidence that they would be around to honor any potential future warranty claims. They offered me a combination of quality products, service and value that exceeded the other competitors offered. Besides providing a written estimate at no obligation or cost, they made clear what work would be accomplished and the expected results, proving to be very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and concerns. Once I chose to go forward with them, they executed the contracted work as discussed. The crew(Jose V., Gilbert and Chris B.) arrived as scheduled, which turned out to be a scorcher of a day. I was concerned that because they were working in my garage and attic that they would be more concerned about getting done quickly, rather than getting the job done right. The reality was very much the opposite, the crew was very methodical and thorough throughout the whole process of completing the project. They made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction and clean up after themselves before leaving.
Collins kept in touch with me before, during and after completion of the project, continuing to be very responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the process, being very prompt in their communication, ensuring my full satisfaction. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend them and will use them for all my future needs.

We had a Spring Tuneup on our two units yesterday, serviced by Bill B. Bill was very personable, knowledgeable & expedient, considering our very awkward to reach unit on our two story! He is just another reason why we have used Collins Comfort Masters as our heating & cooling professionals for years!

I had two separate people from Collins come look at my AC unit. Not only did they tell us completely different things were wrong, both wrote down on their official report something totally different than what they told us. They seemed to be fundamentally dishonest. The second guy wouldn't even consider making repairs (which he priced at about $1600), insisting that we had to get a new entire AC unit. We had another company come out the next day and he made the repairs for less than $800. My AC now blows ice cold, no thanks to Collins. Finally, they had the gall to ask me to post a review for them. Here is my review: dishonest and overpriced.

Travis was swamped this day, 5/20/16 but was courteous and quickly as possible fixed the problem and now my home is cool and comfortable again. Will continue to use this company for mr coolong and heating needs.

Travis performed a check on the outside unit and determined that the "noise" we heard is nothing more than normal.

We've been using Collins for years now. Their service has always been above and beyond what could be reasonably expected. We had the unit in the attic replaced by Jose V and Gilbert. They showed up at 7:20 and left at 5:45. They took less than 1/2 hour for lunch. The work they did was outstanding: they added another plenum, fixed the existing plenum, and left the job site spotless. They put protective covers over all of the wood flooring, then vacuumed before they left. They had to cut a hole in the ceiling to squeeze the new unit in. Collins then sent Patch n Match out to repair the ceiling. Again, superb work while protecting the wood and surrounding area. We not only have a comfortable environment, we also have a feeling of security due to Collins outstanding service over the years.

Derek came to our house Friday (5/6/2016) evening to correct a thermostat problem that we fear might be of major concern. He was very courteous and solved the "problem" quickly. We would request Derek by name if any further service problems arise.

Had Collins come to my house to perform Spring Checkup on two units. Technician did nothing except tell us how everything was wrong and we needed to buy all new stuff.

"Wasnt blowing cold enough, has to be the compressor. You need a new unit. "

"3 out of 4 capassitors are bad and needs replaced @ $180 each" There was no evidence given or readings shown to prove they were bad. These are $20 parts.

Told us we needed 1 pound of Freon, ended up putting in 3 lbs but never found or searched for a leak?

Did no preventative maintenence on the system. Did not spray down the coils or anything. Just came in and did diagnostic work and tried to upsell everything. Extremely dissapointing and now we have to get someone else to come in who will actually perform the work we hired Collins to do.

THANK YOU COLLINS COMFORT MASTERS FOR SUCH PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TECH's as TRAVIS! Travis at spent approx. an hour+ repairing the "unfinished" work of Orangutan Home Services. (Not sure I can put that other companies name on this site or not, I hope so!) I was lucky to have such a knowledgeable tech like Travis check it out for me. I got up on the roof with him (a challenge on its own :)) just to see what exactly was going on up there, and why O.H.S. (the other company) wanted to charge me an additional $1900 for a new AC coil and also another $600 to reseal around the AC. Well, Travis found that the AC was not secure (something to do with the elbows), nor was it tightened to prevent water leakage (no wonder when it rained, water dripped through my air vent and into my hallway light fixture). We couldn't believe that the cover over my AC was just lying on my roof. O.H.S. didn't even re-attach it after they "found" all the problems resulting from their shoddy install. Anyway, Travis completed/adjusted/repaired and then explained what he fixed. Thank you Collins Comfort Masters so very much for sending Travis my way! He even went out of his way to straighten out my inside cover over my hallway air vent that was bent which wouldn't close correctly. Your company is lucky to have such professional and honest service tech's. And it only cost me $72! If I could give 10 Stars, I would. Thanks again Travis!! :)

I had comfort air came out for tuneup on ac unit. Derek was polite and answered all my questions, nice young man! He made me feel confident in his ability to do the job. I have had other people out before and I didn't get the impression of trust with them as I did with Derek, he put me at ease.I would recommend Derek and Comfort Masters to other people in the future. Job will done!

We had Collins Comfort Masters install a new Lennox system for our two-story home. Max D. came out and spent the time with us to explain all of our options and answer our questions. The two crews arrived on time and worked throughout the day. Jose V., John, Armando and Lujandro were polite, respectful of our property, and did a great job on the installation including clean-up after they were done. They also took the time to help us set up the wi-fi connection for the two thermostats. A week later, Derek M. inspected the installation and answered our questions. The system is working flawlessly so far and we’re very pleased! Everyone involved in this process was courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. We will not hesitate to recommend Collins and their personnel to any of our friends.
